I was here on vacation let me mind you so I really wanted my stuff to look A1 that is why I went to that shop and that is why I waited to get to Atlanta to do my nails and my lashes when I was almost done she immediately told me to wait to pay n to go straightTo the lash lady and if she charged me a late fee that she would take it out of my nail deposit .... they both agreed that it would be smart since they were in a rush to leave , finish my nails while she was doing my lashes (bad idea) being in the salon for almost 7 hours after my lashes and nails were done i was so tired I paid and left got to my car and looked at my nails very closely and was very disappointed and immediately went back upstairs(story below ) , I also didn't take the time to go through my lashes and make sure they were done right I felt like they looked cute But I really couldn't figure out why my eyes were watering for an entire hour LOL never happened beforebut when I got to the house I noticed all the clumped up bundles and glue that was caked on my eyes I'm very disappointed with this experience I will never get my nails anything down there again I canceled my waxing the next day because I refuse to give that shop any more of my money... In conclusion I did not leave the shop I immediately went back upstairs and talk to the nail tech and explain to her what was wrong as she agreed with somebody there as a witness that was doing her hair we agreed on half payment returned I was a good sport about it and said go ahead and finish your hair and send me my money when you are done.... that never happen pictures are attached as well as the response from the nail tech When I asked for a partial refund I paid $120 for my nails and $100 from my eyelashes absolutely unacceptable!!!!! Not to mention the $25 deposit to each of them on top of my payment That they did not remind me of that should've came out of my total cost

So, imagine my surprise when I found out that Jazmine told my sister she double/overbooked the weekend of her wedding (we booked her for two days). Jazmine proceeded to tell my sister that she could come later and do her makeup at 3PM; keeping in mind, the wedding starts at 5PM (not including the time that it would take to arrive at the venue and do the first look.) When my sister informed Jazmine that those times would not work and requested a refund, Jazmine quite literally ghosted her and since has not returned the money. It has been a complete 180 from the Jazmine that I experienced in the beginning; it almost feels as if we had been lured into a scam. And to top it off, coming here to see that the most recent review of Jazmine says that she missed doing makeup for a bride to attend a dentist appointment, that was the same excuse she gave my sister this week when my sister was trying to get a hold of her. So, be weary, Jazmine is 100% more likely to prioritize going to and being on time for the dentist than showing up to do your makeup.

This was my first visit to A Lash Life after finding their page on Instagram. I wasn't sure since there are so many lash businesses around but something about this place made me feel comfortable. From the phone call I made to book the appointment to arriving and the place was setup really nice and clean. Everyone was very welcoming. I asked so many questions and all of them were answered with patience. I also added on an eyebrow tint and wax service at the last minute and was accommodated. I took my flip flops off and laid down on that table and went to sleep! I was offered a comfortable blanket and extra cushion for my back. My dream set lashes with Opal upgrade were sooo cute and natural looking. My eyebrow tint and wax was clean, even and on point. I already have an appointment for my refill! Side Note: I have had two prior experiences getting my lashes done and they fell out within a week. Maybe I did something wrong but I did nothing different after leaving A Lash Life. I'm currently in week 2 and I still have a lot of lashes left! They also offer some additional at home care items but I wasn't pressured to buy of course I had some more questions about those items that were answered again with patience. My first ever lash appointment was back in April for "The Perfect Set!" I wanted to try out lashes for my upcoming graduation. I was absolutely in love with the set-up, music, and relaxing atmosphere. Amazing service, very professional, and not to mention a good friend of about 14 years is one of the lovely lash artists! I was educated on aftercare/do's and don'ts of lash extension maintenance and the staff answered any questions I had! I received so many compliments on my natural look-totally pleased with my results! About a month later, I scheduled "The Perfect Set" Re-Fill 3 Week appointment. As the lash artists work in teams, both ladies did an exceptional job-right on time for my Vegas vacation! Still superior service, not one complaint! This week I have scheduled "The Perfect Set" Re-Fill 2 Week and then I'll give my lashes a break lol. But CLEARLY I am addicted! I love how A Lash Life offers various discounts and the loyalty card. The owner of this company is A LIAR, MONEY HUNGRY, AND A THIEF. I have made several attempts to reach out to them both prior to making a dispute through my credit card AND after the dispute since THEY LIED claiming I came in for several services within the Allure Package I purchased. I came in literally twice after purchasing the $351 Allure Package. Once was for my first service out of 6, and the next was in attempt to get in touch with someone about my lashes falling out THE SAME DAY when I got home. They tried to tell me I had to pay extra to get them fixed even though I did not receive a lash bath which was probably the cause of the lashes not adhering and they lied in the refund dispute claiming I came in 3-4 times for my services. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXTREMELY BAD BUSINESS. They even had THE NERVE to claim they filed my name and information to the police after they lied and stole from me. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT. I NEVER RECEIVED EVEN HALF OF THE SERVICES I PAID FOR AND THEY REFUSE TO COME UP WITH A REASONABLE SOLUTION. LIARS AND THIEVES!! read more

This was my first experience here. I arrived early so I would not be late. I was met by the front desk personnel who seemed to be a little distracted by me being there early. I informed her that it was my first time. She told me to just take a seat. I waited for 20 min until it was my turn. As I laid down she asked have I signed a waiver on the iPad. I was unaware of that since it was my first time. So I had to sit back up and fill out the paperwork I could have filled out as I waited. Cool, no big deal. My disappointment is that I was under the impression that I was going to receive single strand mink lashes not cluster lashes for$115 . I left a%15 tip because the lash techs were nice. Once they finished and gave me the mirror the was a gap in my lashes I had to point out to get filled. The very next day 4 lashes fell off. 1 single strand and a cluster. I haven't washed my face or touched it as stated until day 3 it has only been 1 day and they are already shedding. Now I see why fill ins are every 2 weeks. No bueno. Needs improvement. read more

I was in search of a new lash tech and when I can across A Lash Life instagram page. I looked through their pictures and was impressed to see quality work for an affordable price. I set an appointment for the following week. They give you the option to either pay a 50% deposit which goes toward your cost of service of course, or pay the full amount. The day I arrived for my appointment I was greeted with smiling and welcoming faces. It has a very chic interior and was very clean and organized. Erica was the one who applied my "perfect" set and educated me on the health of my lashes and what she would be doing. The table was very soft and I was provided a nice cozy blanket as I was getting serviced. Needless to say I was so comfortable I fell asleep. I will be returning and keeping A Lash Life as my new lash home. read more

Fortunately I found A Lash Life and decided to give them a try. The owners are very friendly and accommodating, the salon is conveniently located and provides a relaxed, comfortable environment. Seriously the services were great, couldn't have asked for better!!! My first experience getting my lashes done at another place was horrible. So, I was was hesitant to get them done again. However my experience with lash Atlanta was beyond great. They made me feel comfortable and safe. Not to mention I LOVED my lashes. So I've been waiting at least a week to do my review to see how the lashes held up. Mind you I'm a crazy sleeper, i was impressed when i woke up and they were still there lol. This was my very time getting lashes and i can honestly say I'm completely hooked. I love how they take their time and make sure you look your best, i will definitely be coming back for my 2 week fill in and continue to come to ONLY them! I made the mistake of allowing my friend to do my lashes so she can practice and I'm now booking another appointment with my original lash tech at A Lash Life. They never disappoint! From the moment you walk in the door, you know that your cared for. From them offering drinks and just making sure you're comfortable, their customer service is bomb! Their lashes?!
