By the time I got home several lashes were coming off, I tried to call them that evening in which no one answered. I did get in touch with them the next day after more had fallen off on more so my right eye than anything. When I'm telling her what's going on over the phone, her phone presence was as if she didn't believe me, then says she had to see if she can fit me in to come back in and I will get a call back in 20 minutes! Now some hours have passed and I still haven't received a return call, I call back...she tries to tell me there are no available time slots for me to come in. I went in on a Thursday afternoon because I'm leaving for my trip Saturday afternoon...just as they are inconvenience, i am as well and actually rather pay additional money to another business than to one who doesn't stand by there brand and customer service. read more

Overall experience was pleasant but the end result was horrible! My lashes are patchy, when I tried to give them more money and get them fixed I received nothing but attitude. I posted in my social media my dislike for my lashes and they threaten to sue me. Didn't know that was the proper way to solve a customers dislike. My face and appearance means a lot to me. Tiara has been doing my lashes for a month and a half since. I don't think i can go back or anywhere else. I love the perfect set its natural but beautiful and allows me to wear my glasses when needed. They have the best ambience and customer service making sure you are comfortable and happy always. My most recent visit, I met with Brandi and still happy! Faith is also wonderful and remembers your name and key details about you. The service was absolutely amazing! Sherrell she was so patient and helpful I came in not sure of what exactly I wanted and Faith (one of the owner) helped me decide what would best fit me and the desired look I was going for. Sherrell also gave amazing after care instructions and my lashes came out absolutely amazing. The environment is mad relaxing the candles, music, welcoming it all enhanced my experience here! Loving my lashes!! I work long night shifts in the hospital and I was wanting lashes so I wouldn't have to wear makeup every night. My lashes look AMAZING and make me feel confident even with no makeup on. The lash technician helped me feel very comfortable during my appointment and was very informative on the lash care/do's & don'ts. The building looks kind of sketchy on the outside but it so cute and cozy on the inside. They even offer you blankets and pillows for during your appointment. If I could give 0 stars I would for horrible customer service of Owner, Cynthia Hudson. I made an appointment for The Perfect set with the Opal cat eye upgrade. What I received was what seemed to be the Dream set with all 12mm lashes with a deep curl. Nothing I wanted. The artist never even asked me what curl I wanted. The owner agreed to allow me to return the next day to remove the set and reapply what I wanted. It took an hour for the removal which then meant I was now crunched for time for another appointment. Because I now didn't have time I decided to leave. Asked the owner about ATLEAST a partial refund and she RUDELY told me I paid $150 for a service but I just wasn't satisfied. Totally disregarding it was not what Id asked for initially. I drove over an hour to try this place for the first time and I regret every minute and every dollar spent. I also witnessed another client experiencing similar treatment from the owner after she questioned the amount she was being charged. BEWARE. This place is a rip off. No specialized service. You're treated like a number and they give you whatever they decide and then treat you like a non-paying customer when you question their tactics. I would not recommend this establishment! read more

I highly recommend this place! This was my first time getting lash extensions so I was a little unsure about the look I wanted and what to expect. My technician Tiera answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. Once she was done, I talked to the owner about possibly adding more volume. Without hesitation her and Tiera discussed how to achieve the look that I wanted, provided recommendations and made changes before I left. REVIEW UPDATE: YOU KNOW IM NOT LIEING I WOKE UP PISSED about my lashes I feel robbed seriously, SO I tried to contact A LASH LIFE this morning to talk about my service, not only did they give me cluster lashes that I noticed this morning but they are falling off as well, the owner hung up in my face and I called back and she acted as if she was someone else...the customer service is terrible I forgot to mention the lash tech didn't even know the price of their services, they are in there literally charging ppl for any and everything, I payed $135, half up front to get something that really cost $20 or I could do them myself as a licensed cosmetologist....I'm highly disappointed and love to support black businesses but they don't care about customer satisfaction at all, the owner is literally setting up her employees to take the heat from her janky service menu, I even asked the lash tech was my dream set going to be full and fluffy she said yes, well the photo determines that was I lie, Don't go here they rip ppl off they are over price for lashes that you can grow yourself and then they have multiple lash techs working on you and they took over 3 hours..I asked everyone around me can they tell I have lashes on and they all said no, don't go to them at all I payed 135 to look like the photo that I attached... read more

I was very excited to come and get my eyebrows done here for my baby shower on Saturday but left highly disappointed. From all the IG posts I just assumed my eyebrows would be perfect upon leaving. The facility is very nice and relaxing, the staff is very welcoming and sweet and I saw some of their finished eyelash work, which looked amazing. I got my eyebrows done on Thursday and as soon as I showered that night they literally looked like the before. I have had tinting done before where I usually get my eyebrows threaded and it lasted roughly 2 weeks. I was told by my eyebrow technician that they would last at least 1 week. I will probably not return for a second go at their eyebrow tinting and wax, for 35 dollars I just expected more, or at least my brows to last for more than 12 hours. read more

Horrible service. My lashes were hurting my eyes and when I went in the next day, first i was sitting on her table for 30 minutes and no one said anything to me. When the tech came, she said there were some that were wrong, but I would have to pay to get them corrected or they could remove them for free! Why would I pay to fix something that you messed up?? I tried to explain the situation to her but the lady at the front got defensive and really aggressive with me and challenged what I was saying, which honestly made me scared. So I just left. I happen to be looking for some new places to do very good work on eyelashes in Atlanta I am very picky on places to touch my nails, hair, face etc. I came across Lash Life on Instagram and clicked the follow button so fast, I was like oooouuuuu I don't see repeating pictures all the time unless it's booking info or something like that which is fine,follows are up ( I would be skeptical if had a couple hundred followers ) but and their reviews online /comments are up there which I was looking even more forward to booking with them. I booked my appointment to get the perfect set and once I got there it was a really nice atmosphere sat and waited for like 5-10mins, once she was done with customer I was next and my skin is semi oily so the pads under the eyes kept coming up but she tried a different method and it stayed. Long story short :) I looked in the mirror when she was done and was like okayyyyyyy I see you, you looking like a whole new person I told the lady at the front this would be my new lash place. I liked my lashes when I left but within 48 hours my lash extensions were falling off in clumps. By the end of week one the majority of my lashes on one eye were off which is unacceptable for the price I paid for this service. I also had a reaction to the lash glue ( my eyes are sensitive so it could just be an isolated incident with the glue). They sit you down and they don't educate you on the lashes or tell you your options. They actually don't even speak to you. Its very assembly line, and rude. I've tried them a few times and in every instance I was less than pleased and just plain old didn't feel comfortable with them on my face. Like other reviewers have said- my lashes started to fall out the next day AND if you call and have a problem or concern- it will be your fault, and you will have to pay to fix them. Buyer beware. Customer service needs a major re-haul. I don't think the techs have much experience or education. Cheap cheap cheap. There's better places in Atlanta. read more
