From customer service, to punctuality, to attention to detail, Adriana's Legacy Cleaning is the whole package. Jessica is the embodiment of professionalism and customer care. She went out of her way to spend as much time as was needed on the phone with me to answer all of my questions. She even discussed the story of Adriana, the namesake of the business, who was diagnosed with cancer. It was Adriana's dying wish to have Jessica and her husband Mitchell continue on her legacy of excellence after she tragically passed away... Once I realized that this was a venture with purpose, I was even more sold. Mitchell and his crew arrived on time, with all of their own cleaning supplies, and they worked extremely hard for 3 straight hours. The results were phenomenal! They cleaned every nook & cranny, under all of the knick knacks, the tracks of the sliding glass doors, and even in the cat bed. They were thorough, pleasant, hard working, kind, and masters of their craft. I was blessed beyond belief with their service! I am an OCD style cleaner, where I'll clean one area for HOURS with qtips and a toothbrush haha I decided to find a local business to pass off some of this control in my life to the professionals and to give myself (& my husband) freedom of time and energy. Adriana's cleaning exceeded expectations!!! Booking was easy and very professional and friendly. When a supervisor arrived he was kind and thorough, answering all the questions I had as this was our first "deep clean". Cleaners were kind, professional and thorough. They worked around our 2 cats and pup and us was we were in/out of the home. Owner's original reply: "Hello Anthony, we are sincerely sorry about your experience with us. This is not common with our services and came as a shock. I know that we offered to stay longer and come back to fix it free of charge, since we are backed by a satisfaction guarantee. Since neither of these options would work for you we offered to discount an already majorly discounted service. We are working diligently to ensure that this experience is not repeated. Every home is very unique and some homes do require more time in order to fully complete the job. As far as the comment to the phones we do need to communicate with them from time to time for any changes or questions that they may have. These are brief conversations that we have with them to ensure our clients are getting the best service possible. We have spoken with our staff and the issue with phones has been resolved. Thank you for your review we have used this as a learning experience that we can grow from and become better." Regarding the "majorly discounted service" that was offered as an introduction for new customers - I believe the pricing of the service should not be used to justify the quality of the work provided. Irrespective of whether it was a promotional rate or the regular rate, the standard of work should remain consistent. More importantly, we had a very inexperienced employee in our home, who despite her limited skills, poor cleaning, and constant need to text/call her friends, was billed at the same hourly rate. Secondly, you mention that every home is unique and may require more time to complete the job. I wholeheartedly agree, and have no issue with paying for additional time if needed. However, my dissatisfaction lies not with the time taken, but with the poor attention to detail in the cleaning and being billed for an employee who is texting/calling friends constantly on the job. I attached photos of the bathroom areas that were clearly neglected during the cleaning - corners/edges of a glass shower neglected, water spots on mirrors, dust on baseboards, and staining on toilets, to name a few. These are aspects that one would expect to be covered during a 'Deep Clean' package, and yet, they were not. As a customer, it shouldn't be my responsibility to point out these basic cleaning misses to your employees. Lastly, I'd like to address your comment about phone usage. I understand that communication between staff and management is necessary. However, in this case, it wasn't work-related. The employee spent a significant amount of time texting and chatting on the phone with her friends. I'm fairly confident about this because I've studied Spanish for four years, and I could clearly tell the difference between a work-related conversation and a casual chat with friends about plans later in the day. read more

Paid for a deep cleaning. Returned home to find that Neither of my childrens rooms were vacuumed nor dusted. Both upstairs bathrooms weren't touched either. I spoke with an employee who stated their cleaners ran out of time and that they would send someone to address the remaining issues. After sending another employee to finish the job, my son's room was still untouched and the master shower still had considerable grime. After all of this, I will billed for the second attempt at a cleaning I had already paid for. read more
