Amazing job by this company! They cleaned our 3 story 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom very thoroughly. The pricing was very reasonable. Scheduled via Yelp and they arrived right on time. They deep cleaned our shower (I'm pretty bad with squeegeeing after showers...) and the stovetop. My family cooks a lot so this was very helpful. They also vacuumed the stairs and dusted our office ceiling fan. It was great because before Ronald started we did a walkthrough of the house and pointed out exactly what we wanted cleaned. First off, I WISH I took photos of my apartment before Ron and his team did wonders! This was my first time hiring someone to clean my house and they did not disappoint. TL;DR Overall, great company, great services, and reasonable pricing. I would recommend reviewing the specific tasks of special cleaning services selected before the cleaning or during scheduling. I really appreciate the promptness of their responses through Yelp messages as well as their ability to schedule rather quickly. I had scheduled a deep cleaning with a few added tasks due to a recent bug treatment of my place and I needed it to be cleaned thoroughly. Ron arrived about 15 minutes before the scheduled time to set up his equipment and cleaning supplies. He asked me some questions and took notes about what needed to be done around the apartment. He stated that he normally has one or two crewmembers to assist him but they had both called out on this particular day. I was very impressed with how thorough he was with the bathroom as well as the baseboards all throughout the apartment. He even sprinkled carpet deodorizer before vacuuming! He would ask politely if he needed something like trash bags to refill my receptacles. My area of critique is mainly on dusting and kitchen countertops. When he was getting ready to leave, I went over the deep cleaning checklist he had sent me to ensure all tasks were done. I don't normally spend a lot of money on housekeeping so I wanted to make sure it was completed. I was mainly worried about the bathroom which looked amazing after he was done! I did have to remind him to dust the ceiling fans and clean my glasstop nightstand (which I was using during the cleaning, so I understand why it got missed). After he left, I noticed that none of my kitchen appliances had been dusted or wiped down. I ran my hand over the kitchen counters and still felt some residue. I won't blame him for it, because I'll admit my counters were pretty grimy. But I would have appreciated him letting me know if he couldn't completely clean something. I supposed I also misunderstood the fridge cleaning service. I thought I had requested cleaning the inside of the fridge but I guess I put outside of fridge. I want to say part of the shortfalls with this cleaning came with him being understaffed. I don't like to hover over service people, but I think I should have gone over the full list before he started working to ensure a full clean to my satisfaction. read more

I recently moved to the area and my house had just been tented for pests so I was worried about toxic chemicals + needed the full top to bottom cleaning. They were SO THOROUGH, wiping down every wall with a vinegar/water mix to neutralize any lingering chemicals.
