We had my mom's house cleaned while she was out of town, and Carmen was fantastic! I found her through Yelp reviews, and she was super responsive. She came out first to see the house and give me a quote, which I thought was very reasonable and in line with other quotes I received. She was able to fit us into her schedule quickly, which was perfect since we only had a short window before my parents returned. On cleaning day, she and another lady arrived a little late because they were finishing up another job. After seeing how incredibly thorough they were with my mom's house, I completely understood why, they don't just stop when their time is up, they keep going until the job is done right. I really appreciated that level of care and dedication. When they started, they got straight to work. The job ended up taking much longer than expected, but Carmen didn't cut corners or rush through anything. Everything was spotless and shiny, the countertops gleamed, the glass was streak-free, and there wasn't a single smudge anywhere. I honestly don't know how they managed to leave it looking so perfect. On top of that, the whole house smelled amazing by the time they were finished. They wore gloves and were very professional throughout the entire process. She even offered to clean the oven for a small additional fee, and it looked incredible afterward. The before-and-after difference throughout the house was unbelievable! The only minor hiccup was payment. I had asked about Venmo or Zelle since I don't usually carry cash, and at first, she said it was fine, but the day of, she preferred cash. Luckily, my brother had some, and we worked it out with a mix of cash and Venmo. So, I'd recommend having cash ready if possible. There was a slight language barrier, but nothing major. Carmen speaks pretty good English, communication went smoothly. Overall, Carmen was professional, kind, and extremely thorough. I was blown away by the quality of her work, she went above and beyond and didn't stop until every detail was perfect. We have multiple houses on the property, and I'll absolutely hire her again.
