I thought it would take maybe an hour to clean, but Bryan spent probably about 3- 3.5hrs to clean my sofa making sure to get every square inch of it cleaned. He was the only one who detailed every item involved in the bid, including update of irrigation. I've had issues in the past with bids for other projects that I assumed included the little details but didn't and then I had to pay extra. Michael's bid included every detail in writing that you would assume would be a part of a new lawn job and it was very reasonable. He also showed up on time for the initial appointment! His crew was great! Their work was very detailed and clean. The job was done within three days and all of the work area, including the driveway, was cleaned up. They even noted my falling-apart fence gate so Michael gave me a very reasonable quote and they did a great job fixing it for me. There were a lot of details for after-care and I've texted Michael multiple times to confirm. He texts back quickly and I never get the impression he's annoyed (I've sent a lot of texts!). I almost wish I had more yard renovations so that I could hire him again! I did discuss a whole-yard mulch job and will absolutely hire Michael when I'm ready for that. Our garage is detached, so we could not lock our old patio doors, meaning if we wanted to use our garage, we either had to leave the house unlocked or walk around the block to our front door. We were told by all the other contractors that our doorway was a weird size, and that they were unable to install the doors without cutting into our drywall and stucco and removing our patio stairs. We were also told this would be a project that took multiple days. I posted our other quotes to Yelp to see if other contractors could beat it, and Sivan responded. Oded from Sivan came in and confirmed what I suspected: That what we were told by other contractors was wrong, and that they could easily replace our sliding patio doors with French doors with a lock, and that it could be done via retrofitting and would only take a matter of hours. Everyone at Sivan was easy to work with. My husband and I frequently have meetings during the day, so it's hard to have a call about house stuff. Everyone at Sivan was able to communicate via e-mail and text so we could handle things while in meetings, and they were super responsive even though we sometimes took months to respond because we had a baby since we originally reached out to them. We were able to get our doors done for $4,298.80, which was the best quote we had from any contractor and included labor, materials, and a warranty. In sum, we highly recommend Sivan if you are looking to replace your doors!

I think what it is, you saw that I have Yelp Elite status with over 200 reviews, so you're afraid and you know viewers will read my review and believe me, which is why you're now defaming MY character and typing anything and everything you can say to save your business. When honestly, it's a bad look and looks very petty, pathetic, and unprofessional. Your staff are lying because they don't want to get in trouble/lose their jobs. Let me be clear about one thing. Your staff caused the spill and admitted to me that she failed to clean it up in a timely manner which caused her to slip and fall; there was no "grease" in the kitchen upon your staff's arrival. I have no reason or motive to make up lies. Also, I just LOVE how you edited your main website to reflect statements about walls, ceilings, ladders, and furniture. All of that was not there at the time I hired your company and you added that all in AFTER I posted my poor review. SMH, such a dishonest company lol. Potential customers reading this review: Please know that on everything and everyone I know and love, everything I wrote is completely 100% true.
