i've been going to A list nail salon for over a year and a half and I haven't been anywhere else since then. Dee is my girl and is the only one I'll go to for my nails. She's very sweet and takes her time whenever I'm in her chair. She cares about getting to know her customers and is very personable. I trust her judgement and suggestions so I've tried it all and have stepped outside of my comfort zone with tips with elaborate designs and bling to short, simple nails, gel manicures, SNS, etc and I always leave there satisfied. I'm very glad to have found a salon I genuinely enjoy going to, and a nail tech who cares for her clients. She's great at what she does! read more

Asia did my sister's nails and my nails. She took the time to do my nails even though my appointment was not with her and she had people waiting for her. Even though she was busy she did not rush through getting my nails done and she took the time to listen to what we wanted. Asia does beautiful work! Disappointed, I made a appointment a month in advance for chrome nails and didn't even get what I requested. My nail technician had a slight attitude & was rushing,which was annoying considering the price I paid to have my nails done. I specifically asked for a ombré pink and silver effect on my nails and she told me there was no way possible I could get my nails done the way I wanted.Which was untrue because on their ig page someone had the chrome design I had in mind which she supposedly "couldn't do with the chrome gel" The end result was not impressive, it seems like I paid $20 extra dollars for a chrome effect that simply looked like silver polish. I have been coming to A list nails salon for almost two and a half years, my nails done at least once a month(because that's how long my designs can last), and I have never left disappointed with my nails or the other services. Typical nail establishments are impersonal and the communication barrier and lack of skill and creativity stifle the satisfaction of getting nail services done. People who have never been to A list salon or seen pictures of the owner & primary artist's work may come in expecting limited polish and design capability, and harsh and unhealthy nail care media and tools. These people, just like regular clients, leave literally and figuratively dazzled. The services offered at A list are customer satisfaction driven, so they are always creative and professional. The salon is clean, the tools are properly used and cleaned(I've witnessed a state inspector come in to verify), atmosphere is comfortable, and the owner takes great care in making sure she and her staff hone their crafts and knowledge daily. The results of such great service is a die hard clientele who will spend some time getting serviced, (and those services will be done well with some fun along the way!) and clients that can't wait to come back! The only thing the salon is missing is 4 clones of the primary artist& owner and some buff shirtless oiled men doing the pedicures& feeding clients grapes! A must go nail salon! read more

I searched on Yelp for a nail salon that offers nail art and this salon was the first result. After reading all the reviews, I did have a bit of reservation to schedule an appointment and when I finally attempted they were on holiday. What I do appreciate was that I sent a message on Yelp and received a prompt response. As they were closed I chose to go to another salon that was also described as offering nail art. Long story short-my nails turned out on the horrid side. I was so disappointed that I decided to call A-List back to find out pricing and appointment availability. They were able to take me this afternoon and I am so glad that I called! When reading a few of the negative reviews they mentioned that the technicians were unprofessional. I did not witness that today. If anything, it had the beauty shop feel with conversation but I was in and out of there in under an hour. I felt that the owner ensured I was completed in the time she told me before I began. I was also concerned that I would have an exorbitant bill-not the case. I am so happy with my nails and am extremely happy that they are located close by. Will definitely solicit this business again and look forward to the pedicure stations that will be in soon. read more

Today was the first time time I went to A List Salon and I'll definitely be back. I recently got a full set at another salon and my nails weren't at all what I asked for. I called and made an appointment to get a soak off and new set but ended up not needing one. I'm giving 4 stars only because I waited 1.5 hours to get into a chair even though I made an appointment. Luckily I had nothing else to do for the day. When I finally got into a chair, channy was very professional and took her time on my nails. The ladies were hilarious and the atmosphere is great. to reply back a list nails, you are right there is no explanation for your tardiness there should have been an apology and you still got on here and didn't apologize how disgusting of a person you are! it's your job to fix my cuticles without causing harm to the client like i said when i was in your shop i have gotten plenty of full sets and never was i left bleeding. when i told you i wanted square round you had the nerve to ask me what is that? am i the nail tech or are you? yes $32 for a full set and $10 for gel is expensive when it is done poorly and the asians does a better job for less!! so on that note i will not ever go back there and i hope anyone who is reading stay far away from that place because it's a waste of time and money!! read more

I've gone to A List Nails a few times to get my nails done by Channy and she does a fantastic job. Since the atmosphere is great and I haven't had an issue with service I set an appointment with Asia for my mother to go. My mother arrived before her appointment time and wanted to soak her nails off. However, after she soaks her nails off instead of Asia doing her nails, Asia pushes my mother off on Channy. Who did I make the appointment with ? Asia ! So Asia should have done her nails. Instead Asia focused on another client that was in her chair. Then instead of focusing on my mother, Channy is texting and doing everything else other than focusing on my mother. For me, I don't mind the cell phone use but for my mother it is an annoyance. You can imagine my surprise when my mother called me upset saying she will never go there again. If my mother isn't happy then I have a big problem with that so on that note I'll be going to someone else as well. Asia is extremely talented as well as Dee and Channy and none of the ladies are ever rude however it is unacceptable to make an appointment for a client and not service them. If my mother wanted to go to Channy, I would have made the appointment with her. read more
