He is kind, compassionate, thoughtful, an amazing listener, true to his word, down to earth and a great guy. He was so comforting through the unimaginable grief our family has endured by losing both parents so close together. We were in the celebration of life room which has tables and chairs decorated personally and beautifully, coffee, tea, pop and water are readily available in the room and we were able to celebrate my Mom's life which was such a comfort to all who attended and especially for my young nephews. Mark was also amazing with our Dad's wishes of just being cremated and nothing else. This was very hard for the family to accept but we knew we needed to abide by his final wishes.
