We would appreciate getting this done in a timely manner. I can't believe nobody has called me back, I guess they would rather take advantage of the grief than prearranged death that contains no pressure on love ones. Maybe I should have just left a number and no message. Thank God I wasn't waiting to have them pick up someone dead.

Was recently there on a frigid January afternoon and I was the only visitor on entire property to enjoy my yearly visit of reflection, prayer and solitude. Unfortunately, 3 disrespectful employees shattered an otherwise brief visit of prayer. I understand that they have jobs to do but I gave them every benefit of the doubt but that respect was not reciprocated. While in the mausoleum to have my moment of peace, 2 men and one middle aged brunette woman made extreme amounts of noise, laughing, loud banter, banging of brooms (who knew putting a broom and dust pan in a closet could make such prolonged and exaggerated noises). The final straw was at least one of them using loud speaker phone to communicate and proceed to sit in a chair and watch tik tok videos on exaggerated volume. That was when I pulled back my acceptance of "let them do their jobs". No excuse for this level of disrespect. This is not an enjoyable 15 minute visit once a year for us so let us cope in at least a space that visitor and employee coexist in respectful silence. You do your job as such and I will pay my respects and be gone in 15 minutes. Your youtube videos can wait until you get back in that truck you kept running outside the door.

You can't split up with Buddy Holly because he is deceased. However he isn't buried in this cemetary. Anyone who is, though, has a beautiful final resting place. Way up in the northern reaches of Cheektowaga, this peaceful idyllic graveyard is enormous, and very haunted. I've been in here at night, a long time ago, with a very good friend, and it's very scary. It's very close to Forest Lawn as my favourite resting place in the area. If I were to be buried in WNY it would be either here or at Forest Lawn... but honestly, probably here because it has personal memories for me, of days when I was 17 and had no idea who I was. In some ways I miss those days and in some ways I don't.

There was an insensitivity from staff during the removal of our loved one from our home coupled with the lack of privacy while making arrangements at the funeral home two days later. The owner could certainly benefit from brushing up on his people skills. We received the services that we paid fair market value for but would not use their services again.
