Had a car to be towed. Minutes before it was done I get a call telling me I owe 20 for tolls. One toll at 2.50 one way was curious as to why. Called the office was met with such a rude man who hung up on me, then called back and a female answered the phone even more rude then her co worker. I have asked for the owner to call me. If I could leave a negative star I would. My parents had their car break down. They contacted USAA and this tow service arrived. Before the driver even excited his truck he rudely asked if he was going to receive a tip. His attitude was terrible. Two days after having the car towed and fixed my mother was leaving the shore and she realized that her EZ pass was missing. When they contacted EZ pass it showed the missing tag was used three separate times after the car had been towed. EZ pass has the tag numbers and charges will be pressed. My advice would be to not use this company unless you are prepared to have items stolen. read more

Awful experience!!! The toe truck driver offered to put air in my flat tire to allow me to drive it to the dealership to have it repaired. I waited 2 hours for air. The driver then left. When I followed up with the dispatcher he told me I turned a tire change down and the driver left. (I did not turn down a tire change.) He then proceeded to tell me his driver is lazy and to drive my car to the dealership on the flat tire. He stressed it is safe to drive a car with a flat tire up to 50 miles. read more

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE! And I've already called Mercedes Benz Roadside to ask them to immediately remove them from their usage! I called Mercedes Benz Roadside on Saturday to have my car towed for a malfunction. On Monday, the dealership called asking if I was ok from my accident. I informed them that they had the wrong car because I was NOT in an accident, my car was towed for a malfunction stating that it was inoperable. After double checking the service rep sent me 8 pictures of my bumper that was ripped off, the grill smashed, and some bulbs under that were damaged. I called the tow company to see what happened and management doesn't work in the office ever because it took over a week to be called back regarding about my car. Not only was there no one other than the phone receptionists, who never related my messages until I wrote this review, when I called, she first asked was I "calling about the Benz or the BMW?" (So this company just wrecks gorge in cars). Another employee hung up on me and Hannah told me she was too busy to keep answering my calls and the manager will get to me when she does. (Being that I am a doctor you can imagine my anger with her comparing her level of 'business' to ANYONE let alone myself). When I asked for the manager I was told that that was none of my information. When I asked for the owner's info I was told I can google it. To know that this company not only wrecked my car (and apparently a BMW too), but the level of insensitive and lack of customer service is beyond disgraceful. So to the owners who are reading this, please know that your company's service is so deplorable, so despicable, so disgusting. I've taken the liberty to not only contact the GM of Cherry Hill Mercedes, I've contacted the Mercedes Benz Roadside'dGM, I will be writing a letter to Mercedes, and I've informed of my terrible treatment! If I could leave a negative review, I would. Tesla paid for the tow, however they charged me for their tolls, and the other person the same amount, whom they also towed. My car got there 4.5hr, for a 1.5hr tow-job. Don't use them; look at the other reviews please. The "manager" wanted to beat me up, used my profession as retaliation, and didn't actually respond to my complaint or concern. Terrible service, especially when they got personal. read more

Worst company ever ! Rolled a car off of a flat bed right into the side of my car, and then refused to accept responsibility. Employee is obviously incompetent. Supervisor on scene stated that it was tow driver's mistake and said everything would be taken care of. During the next conversation with the tow company, they denied that the Supervisor ever made that statement and the accident was not their fault. When speaking with the owner , he was very arrogant and refused to divulge his last name or business address . A.N.A Towing was dispatched through my insurance company for road side emergency by Geico. ANA said there eta was 830am. I waited until 930 and still a no show. I called geico and they got in touch with ana. The new eta was 1045. Waited until 1130 and still a no show. Called geico and the new eta 1130. Waited until 1230 and still a no show. Called geico again and now the eta 230. I got no updates or calls from ANA. I had to call geico myself several times to get updates. I had to cancel the tow and pay out of pocket to get my car towed to the dealership. ANA Towing is not a good dependable towing company. And what's the point of paying geico extra $ for emergency road service if they contract unreliable towing companies like AN.A. Towing? read more

I know all towing companies have bad reputation. I had to call AAA to get my motorcycle towed from Marmora to Manayunk. Tom get by and took pictures of bike. Then he strapped in down. Only thing he misses was a chock but other than that. He got bike to Manayunk fine and that was that. I would call them to maybe tow bike back if it isn't much or ask for recommendation. read more

There should be an option for 0 stars. I would avoid this company at all costs. Make sure that you request any other tow company when calling for roadside assistance. We called roadside assistance through our insurance carrier for a tow. and they sent ANA. Shortly after, we received a phone call from their driver stating that we'd have to meet him at the dopoff point to hand him a $10 "toll fee". When I asked him what toll he was going through, he changed his tune and said it was a "fuel surcharge fee". I called BS and reached back out to our insurance carrier, who started to arrange for another company. While on the phone with them, the driver called back and told me that he would waive the fee and he was at the car ready to load it onto the flatbed. I gave my permission and thought that was the end of this event. When I called the repair shop 3 hours later where the car was to be delivered, I was told it wasn't there. The next day I drove to where the car was broken down and it was STILL THERE! Obviously the driver lied to me about taking the car because I didn't agree to his BS $10 fee. What a JOKE this company is...TOTALLY UNRELIABLE. I remember them trying to pull this "toll fee" crap on me last year as well. My wife was in an accident. Geico sent A.N.A towing out to tow her car, since it was undrivable. They were dispatched at 9:28am and we were told it would be 60 minutes. At 10:28 they had not arrived. Around 10:45 I called dispatch, just to see an approximate ETA. My wife had to pee and I did not want to leave and miss the driver. The woman that answered the phone in the dispatch office was the most ignorant, rude and disgusting human I have ever meant. She answered in a huff. When I asked for an ETA she let out a huge sigh, as if my request as a customer was wrong to ask. She continue to say that the driver was in route and that is all she knew. She said that he would get there when he got there. When I stated that this is a very long time to wait for a tow truck, she replied by saying, "well tell me how long you think a tow truck should take!" I hung up at that point. Her attitude alone will make me never use this company or recommend it. I was in the Towing industry for over 15 years, as a driver and management, with a very large towing company. A person like this would not be allowed to stay employed. Thank god I have my dashcam video and audio of the conversation with this lady. On another note. The driver Kyle D-30, was one of the best tow drivers that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was very professional and apologetic about the ignorant dispatcher. He was quick, sympathetic and understanding. He knew that my wife had just been in an accident and handled it perfectly. This young man was the only reason I gave this company the 2 star review. I hope one day the company either gets more personable dispatchers or this young man gets employed by a company that is way more professional, like him. read more

Waited two hours for a tow that never came! The driver claimed to show up as we stood waiting for him in the hundred degree weather, a clear lie. The customer service representative that I connected with after said two hours was extremely rude and seemed as if he couldn't be bothered with my concerns. I heard another employee shouting into the phone and laughing during the call. Fresh out of an accident I was beyond stressed and mortified by the way I was being spoken to. I had to use this business two days in a row due to my car being broken down out of state. The first night the guy was very rude and took the keys. The next day we had to get it towed again and they forgot the key and when I called them they said they couldn't do anything about it. Sent wrong truck to tow my vehicle, told me to leave keys in unlocked car and I could go home and a flatbed would be there in 20 minutes. I went to my garage the next morning to tell them what was going on with my car and it wasn't there. Called the tow company and asked them where my vehicle was and they said it was were I left it I guess. Said I refused tow because I wanted a flatbed which was a flat out lie, went back and forth for a bit before I hung up on them. DO NOT USE!! Bent my tie rod while towing my car. Denied it and refused to reimburse us for the damage. Claimed that their procedure could not have done it. However, it was not bent prior to the tow, and was discovered bent when the mechanic started working on it. The car was not drivable at the time of the tow (starter not working), so it was definitely the tow that caused it. Cost me another $300 on top of the cost to fix the starter. If calling through AAA for a tow in NJ, advise that you do not get A.N.A.! read more

This towing company was called to an accident scene to tow my vehicle. At this time they caused $1,600 of damage to my vehicle by dropping their equipment on my hood. The driver of the tow truck had a spotter and still managed to damage my car. The driver never approached me to tell me, I had to approach him with the police officer. They told me it would be taken care of, that there was photo and video evidence, and to send them the bill when I called that morning to speak to the office about the issue. I sent them the bill when I received it multiple times and also sent them the police report they requested, they verified that they received the papers but never made contact with me again. I placed multiple calls to their office and was promised a call back, which I never received. At this point, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Three weeks later, they never responded to BBB and I have heard nothing. I am disgusted in the way this company handled this situation. This is unprofessional and should have never happened. NEVER use this company, they are not trustworthy and have left me with unpaid expenses. I cannot believe they are still in business with the way they operate their company. read more
