Good pricing along with good reviews, what did I have to lose? Our technician, Alberto, was professional, very thorough and took his time to do a good job. Admittedly, for the low cleaning/inspection price, I was expecting a laundry list of issues (upselling services); That was not the case at all! A few small issues were pointed out at the end of the inspection. There was zero pressure to get anything done. Alberto simply recommended correcting them at some point. I requested an estimate to repair and Alberto's pricing was very fair. Since he was prepared with all the materials needed in his truck, we were able to get it all done on the spot. Signed an approval and said the tech was not to talk to the tenant. Get started and I would be there within the hour. When I got there the tech had not started and had told the tenant he was there to do the dryer vent. She was upset. He then told me the $99 was only for a dyer vent. I told him I ordered duct cleaning. He said that would be $450. I called the office, they said it was up to him. I complained and they said they would ask him to give me a discount because of the confusion. He refused and then told me, in front of the tenant because he had to wait for me he might not be able to do it all and would have to reschedule. The tenant called the prop. mgmt. company very angry. I agreed to pay the $450 and he started and then told me- in front of the tenant the ducts had mold and rust in them. This was the worst experience I have had with a duct cleaning company, and I have used several. I will NEVER use Clean Air again.

They identified a fault with the seal around the gas pipe which was not with proper material and were able to correct and seal it properly. The exterior and part of the attic they could check was checked and I was given advise on next steps along with an upgrade option for future consideration.
