So we hit a pothole and dented our rim and had a flat tire. I put the spare on and had to find a new rim. This was like a wild goose chase. Buy fortunately we came to this place. Every place was out of stock of 16in steel rims. Canadian tire even directed us to one of their stores nearby and it was 15in rims. Big waste of time. Came to a ok tire and even though he was out of stock of steel rims. He found us a used volvo rim in awesome condition. Sold it to us cheaper than Canadian tire. Used alloy rim for $60 and canadian tire charging $70 for steel rim. He checked all our tires for leaks and took the tire off dented rim and put on new one. And only charged us $20. The guy is super honest and nice. He won't upsell you for things you don't need. He will give you fast good service and no bull. read more

My grandmother who is an 80 year old lady and on social assistance and depended on her car to get around. She brought her car in to have an oil change and service. She trusted O.K. tire to be treated fair and with respect. Mike the manager took the car out for a test drive and whilst in the drive way swerving the car back and forth, drove the front end of the car right into the garage brick wall with a loud bang! There was substantial damage to the front bumper. She was devastated and upset and broke down in tears. Her only way to get around was totally damaged. She ask if o.k tire would fix it.... they dismissed her said maybe next year! A O.K tire didn't even apologize or try to fix the damage. Don't go here...I can't believe they would even treat someone like my grandmother this way!!. DON'T go here!!! read more
