Not a huge time window for arrival but SET and ON TIME! I love that with a business. They moved a ton of stuff and cleared everything from the edge of the walls. That is where water flows. They had fans and heaters to address the moisture and pulled carpet back to reduce any mold possibilities. He checked on the basement every day for over a week. This is a family owned business so you're helping community vs. a big company! I told her my specific needs as I have mostly all wool rugs and those need special cleaning vs carpet steam cleaning. She was very thorough explaining what they do and the pricing. The pricing was very fair and scheduling was very easy and convenient to my schedule.
