Timeliness, professionalism, quality and value were all achieved. The best our carpet has looked since installation. The guys were very careful with our newly refinished hardwood floors as well- always placing (never dragging) their equipment. They even cared about closing the door each and every time they entered our house so bugs wouldn't come in.
