When Robert was with MISTER NATURAL it was great, always received a discount due to the time we have been with Mister Natural. I called back to talk to the new owner, wasn't available, but left a message to contact me never called me. I called a week later after using another service, he apologized and said to always ask for him. Gave Mister Natural a second chance 6 months later, girl answered phone, told her who I needed to talk to, she said he was busy, took my number, and to this day has never returned my call! Our building had vent cleaning done, but after Mr Natural Services finished, my dryer wasn't put back correctly and I couldn't close the closet door. Additionally, I notice when using the dryer there was condensation issues. Despite repeated calls to the condo management company with no results, I contacted Mr. Services directly. We are a smaller condo building and have used Mr Natural for biweekly cleaning and semi-annual carpet cleaning for several years. They have always done a very good job making sure floors, stairs, entryways, and front door windows are clean. There prices are reasonable and the office staff is responsive. I had two nice techs sent out to my condo this morning for a dryer vent cleaning, arriving within the 8:00-11:00 window as stated, with shoe covers on before they entered (I always appreciate that). Argenis (sp?) and Dustin began their work. One of the techs asked me if I could remove what little clothing I had in my dryer drum, no problem. I was a bit curious as to why they asked, because a few years back when I used this same company, they did not address or even look at my actual dryer unit, only the duct work in the back of the dryer going into the wall. The techs did a fantastic job, what I feel was over and beyond my last service call a few year back. (Looking at the dryer unit should be a part of the service call every time.) They removed the screws and took the casing off the front of the dryer (I have a stackable unit) and vacuumed any lint that may have been inside and occasionally running the dryer. Inside the drum on the back panel, you could see tons of lint and dog hair behind the holes packed at the bottom. I have cleaned the inside of my dryer like this but have never been able to get behind this panel. These two techs went in there and broke up the caked lint and dog hair (I mean there was a lot). Thankfully they were thorough and saw the build-up back there, something I have never been able to clean myself with being a tough spot to get to. This definitely prevented a future fire from happening. I would 100% recommend these two techs, Argenis and Dustin for all future calls. You can tell they like the work they do and really are trying to clean and prevent and mishaps from happening to homeowners. Kudos for hiring two great techs, they deserve a pay increase for doing a job well done! read more

I live in a condo with an elderly lady. She was worried about her dryer vent and another woman upstairs was due for a cleaning too, so I arranged for the 3 of us to have them done the same day. Wow! Great guys who showed up on time, in clean uniforms, names on their shirts, clean cut, bilingual, and polite as gentlemen should be. They took a long while and dealt with problems we had too. I can't say enough about the two young men who helped us at Highlake in Winfield on Saturday morning the 28th of June. I think I recall Braydon being one of the two young men. I've used them in the past and they great. Not sure what happened since then. We had an air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. They left their trash everywhere, all of the vents open but it was really just how they treated my partner. We had to vacuum and clean the whole house and I'm onto my third air filter. They clearly didn't want to be there and were angry and refused to speak with me without my partner and were uncomfortably impatient. It left me feeling not entirely convinced they did a thorough job. The previous time they came a couple years ago they left everything clean and I didn't have to burn through so many air filters in my HVAC. Disappointing. read more

I've had this company clean my dryer vents many times over the years. Today they pulled the classic bait and switch technique. I'm pretty sure they forgot my appointment because when I called after 3 hours of waiting they scrambled to get a crew over. Also I was quoted $115-$135. When this crew showed up it was a new rule and it was now going to be $175. Do you still want the service? Classic bait and switch. I needed my dryer duct cleaned right away as I had just gotten my dryer repaired and the duct was packed. The techs who came out were nice enough but a bit careless. When they pulled the dryer out from the wall they snapped the ground plug off of the dryer electrical cord. They paid to have it fixed but it was a painful experience. read more

I had scheduled with the dates given to me by my Association for a mandatory cleaning. I scheduled 2 weeks in advance for a Friday. They told me between 8-11. The day before I get a call saying the minimum of 6 on schedule was not met and I needed to reschedule. I told them- I have to work and be out of here by 10:30am. The woman said - okay you are 2nd on the list. I get 2 more calls the same day asking me to reschedule. I call back each time and say- I already rescheduled- can you please make sure I'm on there. They confirm. I again stress I need to leave for work by 10:30am. As of 8:30am- no signs on the property. As of 9am they are in my building. At 10am, no signs of them. I look, they are gone. I look in the three other buildings in my association- they moved all of the equipment 3 buildings down. I was on the phone with the scheduler at the time, absolutely no accountability as to time or scheduling management- anyone who had been scheduled- should've been given preferential scheduling as I was cancelled by them not me. So good luck, you're going to have to come back whether you like it whether the minimum is met or not. My time is as valuable as yours. read more

7/22 They came out to clean the dryer vents. They spotted that my untrained dog went number 2 on the stairs. We picked it up and apologized they called Human Services on us. If the slightest thing is wrong with your home they will do the same to you. You have been warned. They won't be able to find your house either-even if you live in an association that picks to use them. Please help us find your house, and I go outside and have to direct them for over 20 minutes in a small complex. They are in this area almost every day and yet they still can't find homes in our association. 7/30 Update: Today in retaliation for me posting negatively about them they called out the Human Services guy again, and they were not even at my home today. The Health Inspector referred to the techs and other techs at Mr. Natural as children. 8/6 The association wants us to use this company, and they sure didn't do any work the first time they came out. So we call to set another appointment this was their chance to make things right with us, and they won't come back to our home. Complain about anything on their company and the "managers" will just get on the phone shout a whole bunch and talk over you. This company truly is a disgrace. 8/25 Mr. Natural after the bad reviews and telling me that they couldn't schedule with us seems to have had a change of heart. They sent over techs who were very professional today. They did the work didn't complain about anything and just did their jobs. Misquoted on the phone and when they arrived at the house tried to charge over 200 dollar more than was quoted. When I said something I was spoken to so rudely by the owner Abraham who before that day I had never spoken to once despite my calling the office a couple of times to get quote and clarification. This company is quite unprofessional. My HOA hired them to clean interior air vents so I called to schedule an appointment. The woman who I spoke to at that time seemed annoyed, was unhelpful, and just overall not a pleasant person to speak to. This should have been a warning sign. Regardless, I had an appointment with the 3 hour timeframe that she gave me (I didn't have much of a choice). When the day came, whoever from the company came to my home came an hour and a half before the beginning of the timeframe, rang the doorbell once, then left. The only reason I know this is because of my Ring doorbell, otherwise I wouldn't have known that they even came by at all. No attempt for anyone to contact me, nothing. The person could have at least rang the doorbell again or knocked or something, especially when they came so much earlier than they said they would. Save yourself time and frustration and go with another company. read more

Bought a new house needed Carpet stretching ,Dryer vent cleaning, carpet shampooed. Carpet stretching was great they outsourced it came on Friday the day I closed on my new home and Jason was supposed to call about the other services I need after multiple call to the office that day the receptionist says he isn't in and would return my call now it's close to close and I call back and he tells me all trucks are out and he would call me back on Monday to schedule me. 2 weeks later no call no show Called another company on Monday and we're out that day and we're a lot cheaper and better service i received and better quote he gave me never deal with them unreliable read more

If I could give 0 star I would. Very unprofessional, I had to use this company due to my condo association. The 2 technician came and spent less than an hour, they seemed didn't want to do the job, they said the dryers too heavy and wanted to leave, I had to offer help and taught them how to do the work the whole time. Our condo association contracts with these jokers. Their 'cleaners' are rude. Today, my neighbor was having her dryer vent cleaned. I was planning to leave in a few minutes. Car is in the garage. Mr. Natural's truck is in my driveway.  Asked him to move the truck. He said he'll be done in '2 minutes'. He also stated he 'had the right to be there cause he's working.'   Two questions: 1)  Should he be parked in my driveway? 2) Is it necessary to be rude? (I wasn't). I called and spoke to Abraham, who said he would talk to the techs. They would be moving the truck 'right away'. Right away is apparently 15 minutes. I was late to an important appointment because of them. NOT HAPPY. read more

I had used Mister Natural to clean my dryer vent in my former condo, so when I moved into my new home I put a call in to them to come clean my air ducts and dryer vent in the new place. Ryan and Marshall spent a couple hours at my new home and some of the things they found were shocking. There were markers and pencils in one of the air ducts and a plastic bag filled with clothes behind the dryer, a serious fire hazard! They were great about telling me what was going on and showing me all of the foulness going on in the vents. So gross, but absolutely necessary. I'm so glad I had them come. read more

I rarely write reviews, but if I experience really good or really bad customer service, I will go out of my way to do so. My condo association booked two days of appointments with Mister Natural for mandatory dryer vent cleaning in May. At the time of service, I did not have any issues. The technicians were kind and prompt. A little less than two months later, my dryer started to overheat, emitting a burning smell whenever it was used. After calling a technician (from another company) to come and check the dryer, assuming that the dryer was just on its' last leg, I was taken aback when he informed me that I had a clog in my dryer vent. After informing him that I had just gotten my dryer vents cleaned, he responded by saying "there's no way you just got your dryer vents cleaned, and if you did, they did an awful job." Shortly after, I called Mister Natural to see if they would be willing to come out and check the work. Every time I called, I was told that someone would call me back. After 4 separate calls and no calls back, we were finally told that someone would come out at no cost and that they would once again call us back to schedule the appointment. When I received the call to schedule the appointment, I was put on hold, and the office manager got on the line. She informed me that she would schedule my appointment, but that "to be clear- it would be a paid visit." I questioned this, as we had just been told that morning that the visit would be at no charge, and she said that the employee who told us that was wrong and they would not be willing to do that - even when they had already confirmed it in the morning. It's concerning that this company would not stand behind their work, especially when failure to do their work properly could have serious consequences such as home fires. As fate would have it, today's carpet cleaning fell on our first big snow of the season - but it didn't matter. Omar and Manual were the pinnacle of professionalism and worked with impeccable care and kindness, throughout the entire service. So disappointed and feel scammed by Mister Natural Service company. Scheduled an appointment for them to come out. The cleaning consisted of 2 tufted sofas. Upon inspection of the sofas the tech informed me that they are unable to clean my furniture because of the type of material. They offered to DRY CLEAN it. I accepted assuming they will at least steam it or use some type of cleaner. But they were finished with the cleaning within 20 minutes. I was shocked to see them packing their tools and charged me $152.00 with discount. I was in complete SHOCK!!! I asked what exactly did they clean or do. The tech explained: vacuumed, sprayed (air freshener) and brushed it. I asked him : you think it's ok to charge someone $152.00 for just vacuuming he said yes that's the service for dry cleaning. He immediately contacted his supervisor to whom I spoke to and I expressed my concerns. He basically agreed with the tech and said we can compensate you on for future services. I said : why would a hire you again when you can't even clean my furniture to begin with? He said must've been a miscommunication with the tech but that's the furniture type ( material ) cleaning recommended.
