The staff were standing around in a group laughing and talking while we waited for help. When I finally asked for assistance, everyone we dealt with seemed annoyed and uninterested. We purchased two button-downs, and I specifically asked the salesperson to confirm that the second shirt was the exact same cut and fit as the one my dad tried on. He assured me multiple times that it was and said there was no need to try it on. We got home and it was a completely different fit and far too small. Unfortunately, this isn't my first poor experience here. I've visited several times with my fiancé and consistently find the staff at this location to be dismissive and unwilling to help. For a store at this price point, the customer service should be significantly better. Williamsburg is 1000% better.
