After one of the fans was installed, I discovered that the fan I had ordered from Home Depot's website was actually the wrong one. I was so disappointed and frustrated, but Jonatan immediately put me at ease. He simply said, "It's not a big deal. We'll get it fixed." I told him I would just keep the fan because I didn't want to inconvenience anyone, but he wouldn't hear of it. He said, "No, I want you to be happy. This isn't what you wanted."
