I have had enough miserable experiences with cleaners across Cleveland from when I stayed downtown till I moved out here. The pick up and delivery service works like a charm. They have yet to mess up a single order to date. Not a lot else to say about a dry cleaning service, about as good as it gets.

I needed the cups replaced and the zipper redone so she could bring the skirt up and make the waist smaller. I wish I could remember the sweet older lady's name who helped me but it's been a hot minute. Overall the ambiance of their little boutique was warm and welcoming, they did an amazing job with the alterations and I honestly couldn't tell work had been done on the dress aside from it magically fitting like a glove afterwards. The only thing I take to a laundromat is a queen size duvet. I'm used to stuffing it into the…read morewasher and dryer, but it's really a pain. Getting into the dryer was especially taxing and after the first dollar's worth of drying, I tried to rearrange it to catch the wet spots, but couldn't manage it. I just gave up. I'll hang it somewhere outside to finish the drying. I don't think that a queen size duvet is that uncommon and yet washing and drying was a real struggle. Also, their pop machine didn't take my 4 quarters. What's up with that?!
