I contacted this company for a water leak which suddenly appeared in my garage. 45 minutes later, the repairman (D. Williams) arrived to inspect the damage and to provide a free estimate. After receiving my estimate, I advised Mr Williams to please go ahead and locate the source of the leak and go ahead with any and repairs. Unfortunately, a hole had to be cut into the drywall and wood paneling in my garage storage unit in order to gain access to the water pipes. Twenty mins later and after a thorough inspection, Mr Williams determined that the water leak was not coming from my water pipe. The leak was coming from a neighbor's garage. This business sends contractors to do the job. Contractors brought beer to my garage while on the job. Contractors either threw away my shower heads x 2, or kept for themselves. Not sure, but those were my property. When i spoke to Daymond about these problems, he told me that he would have his contractor contact me to reimburse me for having to purchase new showerheads. This is for A+ Plumbing. Damien (not sure of the spelling), is one of a kind. Very honest and truthful. He is a big guy serious looking BUT don't be deceived bec he is really nice! He is not after your money like most plumbers and contractors. We had an overflow in our bathtub, called him. While waiting my husband tried to unclog n flush it. After an hour he came n checked. He said my husband successfully fixed the problem. He advised us not to flush those wet towels or we will just make him rich. It's a free service, he did not ask for a fee.
