This review is for another experience regarding a mild emergency plumbing issue. The same house I referred to has older iron pipes, and the shower drain decided not to drain water anymore. Unfortunately, I could not get it unclogged on my own, so I called Repipe Plumbing (although last minute, during the end of the workday) to hopefully resolve the issue. Dillon ended up answering the phone, and as always, he was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable, as well as concerned about our problem. Dillon was able to squeeze us in the next morning and, upon arrival, warmly greeted me as he usually does. Dillon and his partner quickly went to work, taking care to assess the situation. They quickly cleared the clog in about 10 minutes, and since we had some extra time, he also looked at a slow-draining kitchen sink and was able to determine we needed to remove or get a new garbage disposal. He also double-checked to make sure our main line wasn't having any issues. Dillon answered all my questions regarding solutions, cost, and even maintenance tips to ensure we had all the info we needed regarding future repairs and projects we would be doing with Repipe Plumbing. After buying a house that had any of the utilities updated since it was built in 1954 I knew there would be some work, but also knew I was in over my head and needed professional help. After talking with a few different companies and getting estimates for full replumbing (drains and water lines), Repipe Plumbing Solutions also came out and did a thorough walk through and bid that--though not the cheapest--was definitely competitive and the repiping was less expensive than the 3 others I talked to. I soon discovered that 2 of the other companies actually subcontract the work out to Repipe Plumbing Solutions anyway. I called Repipe Plumbing Solutions, Dillon came to my house to assess my leaking problem (leaking copper pipe under the slab), he gave me the estimate which was the best of 3 others I gathered . I decided to go with them because their price was the most competitive. Twenty four hours later the crew came to do the repipe job. Everybody was friendly and professional. They did the repiping in one day and the next day the patching drywall staff came to finish the job. They were very neat, walls looked perfectly blended , they even matched the fine texture! I told them I was planning in the near future to replace the kitchen cabinets and they told me if I needed to redirect the pipes under the cabinets they would gladly do it without any charge. We had trouble with water draining. The water and waste kept black flowing into the showers. A camera was put through the pipe and found the 58 year old pipe had eroded at the front of my house causing a stoppage in the drain. A team was sent out and began working on the problem. Once they dug and found the main drain, they were able to locate the corroded pipe and remove it. The pipe actually went into our main bathroom and they had to break through the concrete and replace the pipe in the whole bathroom. Dillon and Rogelio went above and beyond and replaced all the piping in the bathroom that was damaged. They left the work area clean and presentable. We had noticed our floor drain slowing down for the last year and always had the worst time when raining season came until my wife finally had enough so what do I do go straight to yelp and managed to find these guy, and as soon as I clicked that call button it was like they were made to take care of my drain, we stared with the inspection and literally next day I had the most awesomeness dude clear up the issue my whole storm drain was bad but these guy we born to do this job they cleared it out fast and correct just how it supposed to be I appreciate everything Repipe Plumbing did for me if I had to waist another 1 hour to sweep up water I don't know what I would do.
