We have been using A+ Cleaning since July of 2018 and have had a great experience so far. Miguel was able to give a quick and reasonable estimate for our 2/2 apartment for every other Saturday. He sends a team of 3 ladies, so they are able to get the job done quickly! They do a great job cleaning and organizing, and they're always really nice. Miguel always texts me the day before to confirm service and give us the approximate time of arrival which is great. If they are running late, they let us know, and if they are running early, they ask if you'd like them to come earlier (not obligated though). They've also been very flexible as far as allowing us to skip a week if we're out of town or have guests, and they've accommodated us by coming a day earlier when we requested. I've been using A Plus Cleaning for several years now. Miguel is easy to communicate with - he has always been very responsive when I've relayed questions or concerns. I appreciate his flexibility as well - when we've had to move around our cleaning date, he works to help find a time that works. Once I even forgot to leave a key for the cleaners, and they had to wait for 30 minutes until I was able to come home and unlock the place for them - but they were able to stay to complete the cleaning. We recently moved and had A Plus Cleaners complete a pre move in clean - everything looked great! For our new home, I asked Miguel if the cleaning team could use specific cleaning supplies, and they easily switched over to the supplies I provided. For our previous 1 bedroom, Miguel sent 3 cleaners and they usually finished in just under an hour. The workers were consistently hard working and polite. The cleaning teams varied from week to week, which usually meant that I needed to convey my specific cleaning requests each time, which wasn't a big deal, but something notable. After coming back to work after being out for 6 weeks due to covid-19, we wanted our employees to feel safe and clean. After exploring different businesses on yelp, we went with A plus cleaning for several reasons. Miguel was very quick in responding and also came out to view the office building before giving us a quote. I finally got a call back from a man telling me oh no, first clean is $100. Well your employees told me $80 so you should honor the pricing they told me. Such bad business and I will not be handing out your cards any longer to any of my residents. Our apartment has never been this clean. My wife and I decided to finally have our apartment cleaned professionally after several years of build up of dust and grime. Every time we did it ourselves, we did a crummy job. These folks did a fantastic job. It took 3 hours with 3 people working on all the nooks and crannies in our place. They cleaned everything...everything. We can now see the line between the baseboard and the floor in a way we've never seen. The collection of crumbs and other crap they swept out was amazing. Every surface is sparkling! We have never seen our place this clean. I would say it's quite a fair price. Very reasonable price for 3 professionals cleaning for 3 hours anyway. Unethical and unreliable. I have discontinued their services due to the following reasons - 1) They don't show up on time! What was discussed initially changed every single time I have interacted with Miguel. 2) You can read from few negative reviews here & the way Miguel responds to these reviews. Just shows how unprofessional and disrespectful his dealings are. I would caution to stay away from this company even though the cleaning ladies are nice and friendly. 3) I was usually dealing with Miguel. For the first few visits the ladies showed up on the agreed appointment time. During their latest visit today they showed up 30 minutes earlier. When I politely mentioned this to Miguel via text because it was inconvenient for me. He was quick enough to say that there is a "window of time" for them to show up each time I make an appointment. For example- If you make your appointment with them at 12. They have a leverage to show up at 12.30 or 11.30. Even though for the first few visits they were always on time. Miguel says that they will need a buffer of of 30 minutes. As a working lady, I do not have that buffer. 4) Miguel had provided me with list of services that will do for $110. I am not picky about the time these ladies spend but I am obviously not going to be satisfied if they leave my place without completing their work. Miguel changed his words later after 3rd visit saying that it is actually $30 per hour/ person which he did not disclose to us until fourth or fifth visit. This means if those three ladies did not finish with in an hour and half, that's not his company's responsibility. First time , they actually charged $140 instead of $110 for my apartment. Even though, it was brand new and clean. This is again something that he was not transparent about. For each visit three cleaning ladies showed up each time with their own cleaning supplies. They quickly tried to clean everything in a rush. They have no attention to detail because of the time constraint. But they were all friendly and nice ladies. They have broken cups and glasses during their visits because they are in such a rush. I didn't say a word to them. But that type of rush is not acceptable! Yes, the end result is mediocre. But if I am paying a lot for the service, the least I expect is professional behavior and service and good response from Miguel or the person I am dealing with. Miguel is not professional. I would caution and not recommend dealing with this service agency. This is bay area and many are willing to work for 80-90 dollars for an apartment of my size. Why not give the job to someone who deserves? read more

Miguel's cleaning service was great! Firstly, Miguel came to our apartment so that he could give us an estimate. He was very polite and professional and explained everything clearly to us, and listened to our requests as well. He then gave us a price estimate for the whole service which was $170. This included a deep cleaning + some windows. Then, we scheduled a time for the cleaners to come do the cleaning. He had lots of options available for us to choose from and so it was easy for us to work around our schedules. I wasn't here when the cleaners came but my roommate said they were awesome and nice and professional. When I got home I saw that they had done an awesome job! We hired A-Plus Cleaners to clean our 1600 ft office space weekly and had to discontinue services after only 6 weeks. Despite having a very specific (and standard) written cleaning agreement, our office was not being cleaned per the contract. After seeing the office himself, establishing the agreement, and getting well-documented feedback on what was and was not getting completed in our office (visibly dirty floors, uncleaned counters/glass/appliances), our needs were still not being communicated adequately to the team by the owner, Miguel. In an effort to get our office cleaned thoroughly and to try and continue our relationship with the company, we requested to speak directly with the cleaning team. Miguel was dramatically curt in his email communications and refused to let our office speak to the cleaning team. We would have liked to have worked something out, but unfortunately the owner was unaccommodating and we ended our services. That being said, I would like to mention some of the highlights from our experience. - The team started the same week as we received our quote, which we were very grateful for. - A colleague of mine was present on one of the Saturdays that the cleaning crew were in our office and he commented that Cathy and her colleague were incredibly friendly. - The first cleaning was excellent - particularly the floors. - The team showed up consistently every week. In response to the comment below: My suggestion is that A-Plus Cleaners implement clearer communication tactics and a system of quality control moving forward to prevent instances like this in the future. Our company should not have to repeatedly specify how to clean the facility when it's stated in the contract and is the cleaning company's realm of expertise. read more

I am so pleased that I have started using A Plus. I can't say enough about how professional and pleasant the cleaners are. I use them every other week to clean my 1-bedroom apartment. They are extremely trustworthy. Two people come over every time. They are bonded and insured, which is very important to me because I work during the day and I need people who I can trust to let themselves in and out. Miguel's team has been cleaning our home for almost a year now and I've been extremely happy with their visits each time. Being a clean freak, I was skeptical at first that we'd find someone who could clean the house like I'd prefer. Yelpers came through for me again...A Plus's cleaning regimen and high quality definitely leaves me pleasantly relieved and satisfied. For the size of our house, there's usually a team of 3-4 to give the house a cleaning every few weeks. My husband has been doing our housecleaning for forever. A year and a half ago he started his own business and has gradually become so busy, he doesn't have any time to clean the house. I loathe housecleaning, and prefer to hire someone to take care of it for me, my husband prefers to do it himself because no one "could do it as good as him". Initially, I was going to give a 4-star review but they've definitely earned the extra star back. When the service first started out about 6 months ago, the crew was regularly 30-45min late.
