Miguel came to my home yesterday with a crew of four and I could not be happier with the results! We did a walk-through before they started so that I could show him the areas that needed the most attention and to get a quote. Our whole 3 bed/2.5 bath home was detailed within 2 hours for a very reasonable price. Couches and furniture was moved for vacuuming, the bathrooms are sparkling, cabinet faces were cleaned... basically, Miguel and crew left nothing untouched! Example of unmatched sales promises vs delivery. I asked for post construction cleaning from Miguel. His team cut corners and my wife had to enforce quality standards. Piece of tape on the floor? Ignored. How about some construction dust in the air to settle after cleaners leave? A feather duster on light fixtures should do the trick. Dust in corners and edges? Not worth the time. 3 people came for the first time to do 3 hours of "deep cleaning". After they left, we found that the vacuuming was OK, but many areas on kitchen counters and on the floors were left filthy (untouched by cleaners), there was dust left on many surfaces throughout the house; they left in a rush and early - the boss spent the last half hour on the phone in his car, and finally they put several filthy crumpled tissue papers with dust and hairs on the bench outside the entrance door. The overall impression is of untrained, unprofessional group of people, exactly as described in those few honest reviews with 2 stars - the 5-star reviews are either fake (or from people who do not care for cleanliness). read more

Miguel and his crew cleaned my 3 story townhome. When I returned home from the office I was shocked. The entire house was spotless! It smelled crisp and clean, and every square inch of the house was cleaner then it's ever been since the house was built. A Plus cleaning was awesome! I totally forgot I needed to get my apartment cleaned before moving out... No problem! I called on Thursday and got a call back an hour later. That evening, Miguel came by to take a quick look around and give me a quote, which was quite reasonable. He was able to schedule me for that Saturday! Saturday comes around and we had 3 movers and not much space. Miguel and his team were kind enough to sit and wait for the movers to finish (~20 minutes) and then they started cleaning. They even accommodated a somewhat last minute request to move the cleaning appointment to a different day. I received a text the day before with a friendly reminder about the cleaning appointment, which was nice. The team of ladies who cleaned my 1-bedroom apartment were friendly, efficient and thorough. We have tile floors that get messy easily and a lot of pet hair everywhere, and once they were done everything looked pristine. The place smelled great too! They were done in about an hour and 15 minutes. Since it was an initial cleaning the cost was $120 (I chose to add a tip too). Be extremely careful when you want to use their service! I would give a zero star if I can. We have been using their service for a while. We have white oak hardwood floor which is very sensitive to chemicals. Although we have told the cleaning crew about that and asked them to be careful, they still left a big stain spot. That was the first time. We worked out a solution with the owner and fixed it. But it happened again!! They left 10+ big or small stains on my floor, which requires professional floor guys to fix. And if you've done that before, you'll know that each stain spot will cost easily $200+ with removing, repainting, polishing etc. So if you have delicate floor, countertop or furnitures, be sure to stay away from them. read more
