My beloved Jag hit a beloved deer on Geiger Grade and has some minor bumper and grill damage. The deer unfortunately passed away and I don't understand why it ran out full speed like that. I bet it's our fault traveling through their territory but I was moving carefully and slowly. Anyway, when all other body shops scheduled me three months out just for an estimate, Mario had me bring it in the same day and emailed me the estimate within 48 hours. Searched all over town for a reliable yet affordable auto body shop and stumbled upon A Plus Collision Center after calling numerous places. Various areas around town were saying they won't be able to get a quote til 1 month later, other places were saying it won't be able to be fixed in 4 months. Even the quotes I had were ridiculous and felt very overcharged. Mario was the first and only person who was able to give me a written, affordable quote right off the bat. Turnaround time was also as promised and even earlier. Once settling on the quote, Mario ordered the parts right away and after waiting ~1 week for the parts to come in, he was able to fix my car in less than 4 days! I was in a fender-bender shortly after moving to town and didn't know even where to begin with getting my car repaired. I called a number of mechanics and I connected with Jay's Total Car Care. They do not do body work, but strongly recommended connecting with Mario. As soon as I got in touch with Mario, I knew that I had found the right shop to help repair my ride! I got a quick quote based on the photos I had sent, and a fair estimate for the damages that needed to be repaired. Mario helped cover the cost of the tow from the tow yard to his shop, which was incredibly helpful. After assessing the damage in person, Mario confirmed his quote and let me know in detail all of the pieces that needed to be repaired. He was incredible patient with me as I considered repairs, versus selling for parts and buying a new vehicle. I was also able to explain my situation to him and he was tremendously helpful in finding used parts to help work the price to be more manageable. I know that I was getting the right price because he walked through the different components on the quote with me and and explained why some of them needed repaired. During the time that my car was getting fixed, any time I called I got someone on the phone every single time and I got quick answers to my questions! I stopped by midway through the repairs to grab some things from my car, and I was impressed by the professional approach of the crew and the work they had done at that point. I got my car back not a penny over the quote I was originally given, and they even repaired a small cosmetic issue that was not initially part of the damage I had come for. The finishing touch? They gave my car a quick wash before returning her to me and she looked ready to hit the roads again! I was in a head on in March. When looking for a body shop most places were booked out 4 months. On a whim I called Mario. He was able to get me in within 2 weeks. When working with the insurance adjuster she had mentioned what a great shop it was and how much she enjoyed working with them. I felt great leaving my car there. It was there for close to 2 months. When I got my car back I noticed some white scuffs and the AC not working. I called to adjuster to have her check the collision photos to see if there was anything prior. I called to shop to inquire and he had no hesitation to make things right. I brought my car back the following week. My little one has a heat/sun allergy so AC in the summer is imperative to her well-being and safety. He called the next day and told me he was finished and everything was done. He took the time to buff out other minor paint marks and fix the AC. I will make sure that anyone that asks for shop refs get sent his way. read more

My daughter was in an accident on I-480 which was totally the other cars fault. She was so distraught because she loves her Subaru CrossTrek. The tow truck driver towed her to A Plus. As soon as they got there, Mario at A Plus came out and evaluated the job. He was so considerate for her feelings and assured her that it was not totaled and they could fix it. Mario kept her up to date weekly on progress and even had to let her know the car would be longer because they got shipped some inferior parts that he would not put in the vehicle. She has her car back now and it looks perfect. You could not tell it was ever in such bad shape. I (we) would recommend A Plus hands down over other repair facilities we have used in the past. I was run off the road by a uhaul and crashed my car on the freeway. Ended up towing the car to A-plus while I was still trying to figure out the insurance situation. Mario there got the car fixed up and made the process very easy. A tow truck driver insisted on taking my car here. Mario was rude and yelled at my wife and then hung up her!! I was charged $45 a day to store my vehicle since my insurance company would not pay to have my vehicle fixed there. They give kickbacks to tow truck drivers to bring cars that have been in accidents to them, so they can charge you fees for storage. So glad my insurance wanted me to go somewhere else. read more
