Came in for a replacement wiper motor and wiper arm after my windshield was shattered and wiper motor and arm impacted by a rock on the freeway. Communication from the start was poor. They tried to keep my car, assuming it wasn't my only vehicle. They explained that the work couldn't be done until the motor was ordered, which was fine. They said they would contact me once the part arrived. Three weeks later I called back. Not only was I not in the system and had never received a call, but after leaving my number again for a callback to schedule the work, I still never heard from them. I ended up going to the dealer and paying out of pocket to have the work done by someone I actually trust. read more

Okay if my luck ever this last year has not been horrible to add to it a drunk driver hit my truck parked in front of my house on Halloween. Their insurance progressive just from pictures is going to be totally out my truck because they say it's a 2002 with 200,000 miles on it it's not worth it. Well that truck runs fantastic and I really really had wanted to try to just buy it back if there wasn't like frame damage or anything like that just looking at it yeah you think it was bad but cosmetic. Boy was I way wrong! I stopped in pro collision to talk about getting an estimate and letting me know you know what damage is done and Elsie came out and right then and there on the spot said hey let me look at your truck. Her and I talked I told her the situation about me considering buying it back what are the pros and cons and she said this is frame is fine BUT... Because medic just is not cosmetic. That whole panel to the back door would have to come out they would have to like put the metal pulled metal back out through the walls the light the tail light the gas tank is compromised and so what I thought would be easy fix would cost around 3 to 4,000! I'm really bummed about it but I think Elsie for being honest with me letting me know and pointing out what she was talking about not just hey there you go. So if you ever need any work done, and you want an honest business, I highly highly recommend them. read more

He was incredibly kind and even remembered me from my last visit. I really appreciate how he never talks down to me--he always takes the time to explain everything clearly and respectfully. They are extraordinary rude, they force their technicians to do what is known in the industry as "hack" work They will tell you they replaced said part or parts But they do not Even to the Technicians recommendation. They fix things that should NOT BE FIXED and NEED TO BE REPLACED. The manager Kenny is a 100% liar. He will BS you and make you think all is well even though he made his technicians do very crappy work that they themselves selves are not ok with! Geez where to start? A tree branch fell on my windshield and broke not only my windshield but messed with the panoramic roof, the rearview mirror, the cameras etc. It was a big job 7K to be exact; and honestly i only brought it here because my husband had brought his truck here before and had great service. I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed in the customer service aspect of it all to start, the lady in the front Tara is her name, is very fucking rude over the phone, she makes it feel like you're a bother to her day and she tried to hit me with these exact words "Uh, well we don't give updates so..." and i was like .... what do you mean? how long am i supposed to have this borrowed car for? her response? "well i don't work in the back so i dont know" then when i called another day she made this gesture of like being annoyed and said "Ugh i don't know i don't work in the back i'll have elsy call you" not to even be crazy but when i was then picking up my car for the second time (because the first time it didn't click for them that a tree fell on top of my car and scratched my hood) there was another customer who seemed very worried about her car ... Taras comment as soon as the customer walked out? "We've got a difficult one" like geez lady, it's customers are the reason you have a paycheck!!! This lady seriously needs to be talked to by her boss or get a warning or even retire at this point, you can tell she hates her job and she is very unwelcoming. Elsy was nice very thorough and kind. I was upset they didnt get the scratches the first time but elsy made it right and got me in right away she even came outside to make sure i was content. She's a very nice gal, the workers also very nice. I understand the glass left inside was not their fault, the only other thing was my cup holder was missing but i popped it right back in, quick fix. Overall i wouldn't come back if it was tara attending me again. not only is she horrid over the phone but she talks smack about the customers behind their backs. Yikes honestly. read more

I took my car to A Pro because Geico (who was paying for the repair) uses them. They were friendly and fast and had the rental Car company right on site. It was a totally seamless transition dropping off my car and getting a rental car. The repairs to my bumber and the paint on the scratched area were fine and look good. They got my truck in and out in 2 days. I would say this. They are a high volume shop that is pushed by Geico. I'm not sure how I feel about major repairs with an insurance recomended shop. The general feeling is that they work for the insurance agency and not you. My repair was minor so i wasnt really concerned with that issue. But my experience has so far been good. read more

I had a repair through Geico for a rear-end collision from someone they insure (the other driver was at-fault, so no charge to me). The staff that I interacted with were professional and courteous, so I will give them that. The repair was completed pretty quickly, but perhaps too quickly. The rear bumper skin doesn't line up cleanly with the adjacent quarter panel that was also repaired. The clear coat on that same quarter panel had a drip/blob on one of the terminating corners, and that came off when I probed it with my finger and exposed the paint underneath (it must not have been fully cured yet). The door seal on the rear lift gate was not fully set, and I had to fix it myself when I got home and had saw it. There were also several areas where the paint was scuffed or dented from some kind of contact while wet. There was also paint blistering in several areas. Additionally, there were visible green marks along the margin of the lift gate and the bumper that were not removed prior to installation. The paint work must have been finished the same day they called to tell me my car was ready because the fumes were powerful for several days. I had to open the car door and lift gate where paint had been applied to air it out for a few days. I do not believe the vents were blocked to keep fumes out during the paint application because the smell of chemicals inside the car was terrible. The two center vents were manually closed when I got the car, but the side vents were still open, so chemicals may have settled on the interior of the car. I could not drive with the windows up until it had more fully been given time to air out. Overall, the work was of generally poor quality. My car is old enough (2015) that I don't want to bother with the hassle of trying to get the work corrected because I don't think the juice is worth the squeeze. If it were a new car, I would be pretty upset though. This is the only Geico approved repair facility, so I gave them a try for convenience with the rental car they provided me during the repair. I would go with another repair center if I were to do it again. read more

My car was rear ended by a Geico client and I was unable to have my car repaired in Gardnerville due to a 6 month delay at the local body shops. I was referred to A Pro Collision and was very impressed by their prompt efficient service. The receptionist was very nice, Enterprise Car rental was there when I dropped off my car, and Kenny the manager/owner? was awesome!! When the Owner Wayne thought it was a good idea to garnish all the technicians wages by 8 dollars per week to clean his own penthouse inside the body shop and restrooms. Pictured here is a reimbursement check from one of my Co workers. I was there for almost 1 year I got fed up seeing on my stub -8$ minus 8 dollars, minus 8 dollars. Me being new I had to ask what was this for. Minus 8 dollars???? To clean the penthouse and bathrooms I was told ... oh that's weird. Collectively, all the techs paid this. I think there's was about 12 techs at the time when I was employed. So plus or minus a couple of techs, Wayne was charging us little guys collectively around $100 per week to service his own facility. Sounds like a bunch of crazy crazy. Me being me i find out from the cleaning lady that she gets paid only 40 dollars per visit which was around once a week only. That was the straw the broke the camels back! I approached and talk to the manager after calling the labor board to know my rights. That being said they were in the wrong! I demanded I get my 8 dollars back for 47 or something weeks and did. Just want to let you all know that he is a douche bag for even conjuring such a scheme. Would you trust your vehicle in the hands of a shop owner that'll do this to their employees???? You be the judge. Zero stars and zeroF%#^& A Pro Sucks along with there devil Lizard Supplier GEICO and will probably rip you off and hide it in their paper work. Check out this reimbursement check. Excellent fully equipped waiting room with TV (even cartoons for Kids), pop corn machine, coffee with several flavors, etc. overall a comfortable place to be when your dealing with the inconvenience of an unexpected auto repair! They work closely with Geico insurance so all I had to do was open the Geico app, answer simple questions, and was prompted to schedule an appt time, the adjuster met me here with the rental car. This is a very bad place to put repair your car even the Geico insurance introduce there to do so. They took way too long to fix the part. It is been 6 days I haven't gotten my car back from them. The job the need to do is fixing the scratch. But when I called the told me they have 150 cars is working on it. But as a costumer I don't care how many you have, they should have a better balance between how many cars to work on and less time. Honestly I don't even care how many cars they are working on it. Don't go here! We had to go 3 times for the same fix and the truck is still not fixed properly. We are just living with it now. The only reason it's s 2 Star and not 1 is because they at least pretended to Make the effort to fix it the 3rd time. But it took 3 times the amount of it they said the first time. (3 week's instead of 1) and by the long lengthy second fix and then third fix they still did not put in new factory windows, just cheap aftermarket junk. There is the same sanding marks and rough edge of paint still on it. At least door shuts good and glass is the same color so that's a ... bonus? read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I dropped my car off on 4.8.19 to have the bumper fascia and a few other minor/related issues fixed. I finally picked it up on 4.23.19 had another shop inspect it. Obvious fraud [they did not replace parts or do the work as the final estimate stated], as well as unacceptable work standards on the little bit of work that they did do. The shop did the work without having me sign a work order/written estimate [Nevada law], did not provide a final estimate or receipt when I picked it up, and worst of all endangered my safety by installing used seat belts without my signed authorization [Nevada law]. Manager Kenny Hoffman would have let me leave for a 2.5 hour drive WITHOUT THE BUMPER FASCIA BOLTED TO THE BUMPER AND NO OPERABLE AIRBAG SYSTEM. I will pursue this so that no one else falls victim to him or worst of all is injured by his negligence. I will be without my car for weeks while the DMV Complaint Division investigates. A huge inconvenience but worth it if someone else it spared. My insurer is Geico and this is their "preferred collision center". Avoid it all costs. You have other choices. I know that now. PS As far as the favorable reviews, the shop does have a placard at the front desk offering a free detail for a yelp review. read more

It is very unfortunate that I have to write this review; however, we have to notify people that we were mislead by this company and it cost weeks of rental fees and waiting. We called A-Pro a few weeks ago and they told us they can complete our estimate on an 88' Bronco on Saturday mornings starting at 6 AM. I call the morning of Saturday and the gentlemen (who was polite, at the very least) told us they do not accept vehicles older than a 95'. All he could say was that the front desk "gal is new". We asked if he would be willing to give a courtesy referral call to the collision center that he recommended and he declined. We were rear-ended and not at fault, the insurance is willing to pay, but the only thing holding us back was this local collision center. Now, we have to start the process of having the vehicle towed to the collision center that is right for us. read more

This company was recommended by an auto repair shop. I have learned the hard way to be a little nervous about a new car repair place, but there was no doubt in my mind from the start that this was a very good place. I had parked too close to a pillar in my driveway, and apparently at an angle that caught my bumper just right. Didn't take it completely off, but left part hanging. I caught Pro Collision on a day when they were slammed, but they got the bumper on solidly enough to last while they get a new one ordered. I will post another review after the work is done, but am feeling like I really lucked out with this company. read more
