He asked me to bring the laptop to the store. So, I did. He took one look of my laptop after I demonstrated the charging socket is not stable to charge. (it charges well at a certain angle, but not other angles). The man asked for $145 for the labor. It is true that he has to open the laptop, but a technician wouldn't take more than 30 minutes to replace the socket event it has to be soldered on. Of course, I didn't have him repair it. It would have saved time and frustration if he had told me over the phone of $145. The bestbuy charges a flat fee of $89.

I believe they took out some of the backlight receptors from my iPhone. The screen itself is cheap. It doesn't give you that iPhone quality touch. Feels more of an Android. Wet/sweaty fingers will make your screen spazz out. 1 month into changing the phone, the lower part of my screen is glitching out. I paid $70. I should've just kept the cracked screen. I wouldn't have such low brightness, my front camera quality isn't the same anymore, touch sensitivity is random, and my bottom portion of my phone wouldn't be glitching out. Worst thing, the same day when I got it changed, they closed immediately, even with 2 hours remaining from their usual hours.
