After spending time at the two home improvement big box stores meeting nice people with little to no knowledge about landscaping, Scott's Landscape Nursery popped up on my Google homepage and offered free consultation with a KNOWLEDGEABLE. FRIENDLY and EXTREMELY HELPFUL staff member so I signed up for a consult on their website. TIFFANY and MARY were THE BEST and spent a very unrushed, informative hour with me explaining what plants flower seasonally and year round, which ones attract butterflies, which shrubs and palm trees grow fast and which ones require little maintenance, and the advantages of using pine bark mini nuggets over any other ground cover. PRICING WAS THE SAME OR LESS THAN what the big box stores charge and the nursery's plants, shrubs and trees were much healthier looking than anything I saw at the other places. DO shop locally at Scott's Landscape Nursery and make sure you ask for TIFFANY or MARY! You will be getting better products, saving money and meeting two of the nicest, knowledgeable landscapers who can offer excellent recommendations and have you leaving feeling great about your purchase.

Jason came out the next day and got right to work disassembling the fridge. He determined the problem (blown thermostat,) told me the plan and quoted a price. He told me that he could order the part (from Frigidaire) and it would arrive two days later, and he could finish up. My wife asked if she could get the part on Amazon, and he said sure, why not? So we got it overnight, and saved about $75! (the part cost $15 on Amazon.) Jason put the whole fridge back together and said it would work, but it wasn't fixed completely because it till needs the thermostat. But meanwhile we had the use of our fridge back. He came back the next day and finished up. Perfect work! I am thrilled with the job he did; I really like that he was so straight up about the cost. He quoted me a price and stuck to it.. He gave me an option to save some money (ordering my own part.) There was no upselling, not hidden costs, no games at all! Just good solid craftmanship. A few weeks ago my upstairs A/C was being examined at the start of its semi-annual checkup. The associate notified me that the air handler in the attic was dropping its insulation from within, and this would create a problem with continuing the standard semi-annual checkup. This necessitated scheduling an associate on a different day to basically rebuild the air handler. Understandably this was a long project through the day but was completed to our satisfaction. QUALITY: The different associates whom we have seen over a long period of time have been exceptionally professional and courteous. VALUE: Everyone decides what they describe as value. For us it's the confidence that our A/C units will work through the summer and winter year after year. Having a service agreement gives us that peace of mind. SUMMARY: These people have demonstrated exceptional courtesy (every phone call is a new pleasant greeting, every time). One has to have trust in the service people with whom they do business. Had issue with my unit recently they came out to service but wouldn't vac drain line Wanted to change me $250 for that service. I told them it should be included with my maintenance agreement which they were 4 months behind. Still wouldn't service. I don't recommend this contractor.
