Pros: They moved me back in June of this year. Two guys moved everything from my storage facility and apartment (small 2 bdr townhouse) to a 3 bdr rancher house with a 2 car garage. I had all of my boxes packed in my apartment, so all that needed to be done was move furniture and the boxes. The young men were very polite and easy going. I had informed them that some of the items from storage would be going to bulk trash that was right there in my apartment. They forgot and put all the apartment items in front of the items from storage. They offered to dispose of the bulk items themselves. So that was good. They also broke an item of my furniture. The movers apologized as well as the owner. The owner tried finding someone to fix the item (it is all wood). I was able to find someone who could fix it and I put her in touch with them. They picked up the piece of furniture, took it to the business who fixed it and they delivered it back to my home, no charge. Cons: They took longer than was necessary. It absolutely should've taken 6 hours to move me --- because all my boxes were packed and they finished the storage facility within 1 hour. However, it took 8 hours and that is my only complaint, because I do believe they intentionally took longer than they needed to. I also referred them to one of my friends who was moving from a home, she commented also on how polite and professional they were, but she also believed it took longer than it should. read more

Contacted this company to help my daughter move her stuff from her apartment to storage. They were the first to respond of many companies I contacted with a quote. I secured a date and time. They called us as they were on their way and arrived in the time they said they would. The two young men that moved our stuff were polite and did an awesome job! They really went above and beyond to make sure our stuff was handled with care and did a lot of rearranging to get all the stuff to fit into storage. The only thing I think that would have been helpful and could be improved is to actually have a quote in writing, as a few things popped up that I was not aware of, like three hour minimum and I believe I was also charged for mileage which I was not aware was part of the cost, so the cost ended up being a bit higher than I anticipated; I also did not get an invoice showing what the charges were for, which would be helpful. However, overall the experience was a good one and the young men who did the actual moving could not have been better. Our items were not damaged and they hustled to get things done quickly. I will more than likely call them again when we have to move her stuff back into a home. read more

The movers were late and did not arrive with a company vehicle. They did not have the proper tools and wrap to move our large items. We had a small one bedroom move that took all day because the movers did not know what they were doing and we're making up a plan like it was the first move they had ever done. After the move was over we found items broken , walls and paint scratched. I reached out during the move to share my experience with the owner. The woman on the phone blamed me for their issues and wouldn't let me get a word in to explain. The two gentlemen who were moving were polite but inexperienced and definitely not a "professional" moving service. They also left behind their equipment and I had to rearrange my work schedule to get them their items back. I wouldn't recommend this company or use them again. read more

These moving company quoted me for 3 guys for 3 hours at $170, and a $50 truck/trip fee with a 26' truck. All sounded good until they showed up on sight with two guys, and a rented truck. Six hours into the move, after no one calling me back after multiple attempts to contact them, I was finally able to speak to someone, a very difficult and aggressive person who insisted all the issues where my fault and he was getting paid regardless. As I told him, and as he so unkindly put it threatened him, that I would be leaving a bad review. The movers did great, and there were no issues with them. The people in the office were terrible and their people skills are definitely lacking. I would not recommend them. My name is Mikki Podvin. I have no issue with leaving it. I know when I've been hustled, and I was. In response to your comment: Regardless of what you try to say in the response, you are hustlers. You can again try to make me the bad person here, but I didn't make promises, and give quotes that I couldn't fulfill. That was you. The quote you gave me is what I wrote here. What you decided later was something different. That was you. You took advantage of the fact the I couldn't be on sight while you moved my 75-year-old mother and brother, who is a double amputee. That was you. I hope karma kicks you hard and someone treats you the way you treated me and my family. We had a great experience with our movers. They communicated promptly with us and were very flexible. John and Trevor were professional, and moved everything quickly and carefully. They took care to make sure all of our furniture and belongings were moved safely and efficiently. Also just super nice with great senses of humor. These gentlemen were amazing!! We needed someone to help us move last minute when someone else cancelled on us. They were on time (early even), and so incredibly friendly. They worked quickly and efficiently and were so very careful with our belongings. They even helped us unpack a few things and set up our fish tank. These guys were AWESOME!! Communication was really good leading up to the move and on the night before they called to confirm and see if we had any questions. The day of they showed up and worked so hard I was in shock. They were super personable as well, and I was so comfortable being alone with them as a young woman which I think is such a selling point. They provided the best moving service I've ever had, and I won't use anyone else going forward! Thank you guys! We used A-Plus to move our daughter 3 different times during college and they were great every time. They were always quick responding to inquiries regarding quotes and booking questions before and on moving day. This move was from Columbus to Cincinnati and they gave me a very reasonable quote (flat rate for truck, travel & labor) showed up right on time, were extremely quick and professional and made the whole move very stress free.
