Do not sleep on this nail salon. When I tell you I am LIVING for my newest set of nails from this place: I. Am. Living. I can see why other reviews called this a hidden gem. Came in in the morning and there was only one other person in there with me. It was very quiet, clean, peaceful and relaxing. I wanted a new set because my old one was growing out and I had a wide range of options. Both techs at the salon was kind and did an amazing job. Both work together: one tech took off the old powder and had my nails soaking while he finished with his previous client. Once a second tech finish, he came over to my station and started working on my new set. Kept everything I wanted (length and shape) and did an amazing job with the finished look! Super impressed. Super happy. I already scheduled a follow up for next month. Like I said, do not sleep on this hidden gem. read more

This was a great find. We've tried many of the nail salons in the area and haven't had bad experiences and yet we haven't found one where we just loved our nails, the people and the prices. A+nails was a convergence of all three. I got gel nails and my friend got dip nails. Steve was very good at both. We were both very happy with them. He cleaned up my cuticles without even asking or charging extra. It's just part of the entire service. We both chose the #3 pedicure. The young lady was quick but didn't feel rushed. I really thought she did such a good job. I think she even did a little reflexology on the foot massage. This a hidden gem for sure. I'm glad we took a chance and stopped by. read more

They remember me (could be the calluses or the beard), and don't keep this nearly deaf introvert stuck in conversation. I'm low maintenance, so I don't get Mani/pedis often. When I do, I come to A Plus. They are friendly and never make me wait. They don't try to get my life story or try to upsell me. Only 4 stars because the one mani I got here didn't even last across the parking lot. Girl jammed it while taking my credit card, said oops sorry but didn't fix it. The rest of the fingers didn't last much longer. Stick with the pedis and you'll be golden though. read more

I usually go In to get my eyebrows cleaned up and they're wonderful about that. They put a smooth cooling gel and massage your face, it's very nice. My most recent visit I got my nails done as well. I got nex gen and it turned out perfectly. It did burn a little after he filed down my nails, but it comes when it the service. They were very quick and personable in relation to Getting the job done. Not very talkative throughout the process, but it didn't bother me much. Very good service, nails and brows together were $42. read more

So i needed a last minute pedicure and couldn't get in to my regular girls BUT I tried A+ Nails in Rowlett off 66 and Dalrock and they were AMAZING!!!! Ling is newer to the salon but she was great! And from what i can tell the other techs were great as well. The salon is SUPER clean and they're sanitation is on par! (Big deal for me because i work in a hair salon and i understand sanitation laws.) Def recommend them! read more

I went here for my very first mani-pedi. Choose to get the gel shellac polish for my mani and regular polish for my pedi. The pedi is ok. Nothing to brag about but it is still holding up. The mani, however, was awful!!!! He clipped to far down on my cuticles on 4 fingers, causing them to bleed. Instead of waiting for them to stop bleeding he let them continue to bleed and POLISHED OVER THE BLOOD!!! I had to chip away some of the polish to remove the bloody parts. In addition, all but two of the nails have had the polish peel and separate from the nail. I have never had a manicure before but if this is what it is like I will never have one again. It was horrible!! I didn't pay $35 to have my nails look worse than before in less than a week! Please save your money and go somewhere else! read more

Can't say how well they do anything- can say I went in, was seated at a station and not spoken to, or given any expectation of when I might get my nails manicured- then after 30 minutes left. Terrible customer service- do they really think because you sit at a station that you'll wait for as long as they want you to? Won't be back. First and last time. read more

Have pretty much been to every nail salon in Rockwall and Rowlett and have always left disappointed until I found A+ Nails! My daughter and I went in on a Sunday afternoon and we were greeted promptly and friendly by Steve (Manager). The salon was very busy and they still were so kind and Steve did such an amazing job on my daughter's nails that I had mine done as well. The staff was very friendly and we continue to go back now everytime! My mom, daughter and I will always go and see hopefully Steve, but I trust them all and they explain the very reasonable prices!! I won't be going back. Very disappointed, expected a much cleaner nicer place. I made an appointment for a mani/pedi. The water pretty much scalded my feet and instead of draining the water and making it right they tried to "cool" it down, notice I said TRIED.... The pedicure was decent and the technician was very nice. However, when she was done I also told her I had a manicure scheduled. She spoke in Vietnamese to the man and looked at me like I was crazy. The water to soak my fingers in was cold and I wanted my nails buffed and that didn't happen either. Maybe if you are a regular the service is better?? read more

Visited this nail salon for the first time and I must say that the work was shabby. My daughters and I went in for manicures and pedicures. They charged a fee for each toe and finger my daughter wanted a design on. My daughter is 12 and most places give a set price for the hands and feet. The designs were more than the pedicure/manicure together. I decided to do the shellac manicure my hand was dipped in water for 2-3 minutes that was the end of the manicure. The shellac polish was almost empty and they didn't have anymore so my nails look streaky and unfinished. The nail tech even left the excess polish around my fingers. Needless to say my bill was $121.00 I will never go back. They advertise cheaper but it's a cheap job and the bill comes out just as much as the larger salons. I was looking for a deal but I will stick to my normal nail salon and pay the same amount but the job will be done perfectly. read more
