Yuri was very helpful over the phone and had Sam at our house within an hour. Sam snaked the cleanout, then ran a camera and found the blockage right at the property line. He clearly explained everything, answered all my questions, and helped me navigate the city process. While preparing to dig a new cleanout, Sam and Charlie discovered an existing one that had been buried by the builders and were able to clear the blockage from there.
