This visit, I bought a real gold piece for my tragus and was told the total was around $190. When checking the pricing, she kept looking at her phone but would quickly lock the screen before I could actually see the breakdown. Later, I checked online and saw the front piece listed around the $170 range without tax ( they don't tax you at all after purchasing). Even if the back was an additional charge of $15, it still seems like I may have been overcharged by about $5-10. After I left, I called to ask about the pricing and was told the back post was not included -- which was never explained during the purchase. What also wasn't explained is that the back post itself is not gold either. Had I known that beforehand, I honestly wouldn't have purchased it because I have seen both the front and back in matching gold for around the same price. Now I'm stuck with a mismatched jewelry piece, it's not actually fully gold, and it's probably final sale. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with the lack of transparency regarding both the pricing and the jewelry details.
