If I didn't send a message first, I wouldn't hear anything. Every response required me to follow up, sometimes multiple times. My appointment was rescheduled over and over, and then canceled the day before after I had already rearranged my schedule around it. This became a pattern of poor communication and last-minute changes. Meanwhile, I was never sent my tattoo design or kept updated throughout the process. Clients shouldn't have to beg for basic communication or wonder if their appointment is actually happening. There may be talented artists out there, but professionalism and reliability matter just as much. Unfortunately, this experience had neither. After wasting weeks trying to make it work, I requested my deposit back and took my business elsewhere.

We learned that one of my friends has a slightly deviated septum, while another has one ear that would best fit a rook piercing, but all three of us agreed that this experience with Meagan was a 10/10 experience. After experiencing the aftercare from my septum with another piercing, I'll definitely be back if I'm looking for any other piercings.
