The bartender said he and his partner took over the bar in December so for all you yelpers who left negative reviews, give it another try. The drinks were incredible and you could tell the bartenders care about their craft. Each drink came with a special presentation and they had us in awe each time. The drinks are definitely worth the price. I also loved that they took the time to ask about our preferences so they could customize our drinks. So totally worth it! Hosted a baby shower here and Ray the manager was extremely helpful and friendly. We booked about 3 weeks in advance but so happens to land on Halloween weekend. When we arrived the whole place was decorated in Halloween theme. We asked ray to remove some of the decor but not everything as that we felt was too much to ask. On the day of we had our own catering and bought our own liquor and wine. Ray was cool with everything and helped us prepare and serve our guest our own liquor and wine. The space is also very hip and clean. For $600, I would highly recommend this place as an event space. read more

Stumbled across this rooftop bar after being tired of tagging around my girlfriend and her friends shopping. Just a normal bar nothing to special but the view is amazing. Overlooking Citifield and city sky line which makes the beer taste extra special. Price is on a cheaper side with really good happy hour deal. Came on July 4th evening. This place is probably still new so not as crowded as expected especially on a holiday. Distant view of Manhattan and Bronx, can also see planes taking off from laguardia. Drinks were alright, bit expensive for flushing- they're on par with Manhattan prices. Bartenders are nice. Jazz band playing in background. Few tables with seating. Got the jasmine tea cocktail- friend didn't like it, passion fruit mocktail- tasted great, purple drink- alright, and a drink that came in a small tea cup with lid lol. All the drinks mentioned were on the summer 2017 menu. Probably won't be coming back. Would rather go to the city for a better view with same prices. read more

Today is the last day I spent in NYC, and I'm a big cocktail fan, thus I decided to go a cocktail signatures bar then I found A+ roof bar. I honestly doubted at first since it was a roof bar and it is a freezing cold day today and It locates on the roof of a hotel. With prejudice cuz I had bad experience in bars residing in a hotel. Sloppy. Plain. Cold. Those words came to my mind. But it was a only highly rated bar in this neighborhood, so I decided to give a shot. I went into the Parc Hotel and got to the roof top. It was a warm inside space with french windows and wooden bars chairs that make you easily comfort in. Their menu is creative. Like I said I'm a cocktail geek. And I NEVER tried any cocktail on their menu which make them special and significant. I decided to order a Gin Tonic for starter which I felt it could alway reflex the skills and creativity of bartenders. He used Hendricks gin as base, covered the glass with hand-crushed lemon juice, top with dried rose since it was late night he considered. The lemon bright up the freshmen of the taste of juniper berry, and bitter and sour in the middle, and taste of rose in the end. It was just that incredible! Usually most of bars make gin tonic within like 3 seconds, but the A+ make it with heart and upon customer's request which I will give them A+! Endorse! I held a baby shower here and I can't say enough positive things about the venue. We had the whole rooftop space and with 20 adults and 9 kids, there was plenty of space for everyone. Fiona, the manager was very helpful and made herself available. The bartender that was in attendance during my event was super friendly. The view and the space is unlike any place in Flushing. And with so many catering options in the area you just cannot go wrong. Street parking in the area is hard to find, so I recommend that you part at the Skyview parking lot next door. I believe it is $9 for 7 hours, which is a bargain! My guests had a wonderful time and we look forward to hosting future events in the space. read more

Looks like somebody that works here had all their friends post fake reviews. This bar is nothing how the pictures made it look. We went for cocktails, and there is no cocktail menu. The food options were french fries or chicken nuggets. Seriously? Jameson + soda was $14 for a small, half full glass. Bartender seemed really inexperienced. The bar itself is small, and the surrounding outside seating areas also small and were very dark, no lighting whatsoever. I guess if you're staying at the hotel and want to see the "view" (which is pretty much just city field) check it out but definitely do not go out of your way to come here. read more

Stay away from here, the reviews are definitely posted by the owner & friends. The setting is on the rooftop, with an okay view (Manhattan is in the distance) but that was about it. The bar itself was messy, unkempt, with glasses everywhere, and the outdoor seating area was pitch black. We ordered 3 cocktails and it took the bartender 20 minutes to make. Tasted and we were appalled that we just paid $15 a drink for Juicy Juice... these "specialty cocktails" had less alcohol than a mikes hard, and were twice as sweet. Confronted the bartender and they told us thats how drinks are made here, and if we are upset theyll just make another one. Awful. Not another 20 minutes for another bad drink. Genuinely upset, the manager came over and told us the problem was the bartender was not actually a bartender and that he will refund us for all the drinks..WHAT?! Why is the bartender not here on a Saturday night?! We left with our full refund and full disapointment. Stay away from here, or just go up for the view and a water. read more

I recently held my birthday party here and I can't thank Fiona and her team enough. I stumbled upon this place after my initial choice for an event space decided to cancel on me. Fiona was fair, professional and extremely helpful as well as readily available whenever I had questions or wanted to stop by the space for planning. The day of was a great time. My guests enjoyed the space and some are still asking if I can host another event there. Thank you guys so much for your help and for taking such good care of me! Pros: The new owner made sure that the drinks are on point. The space is gorgeous and nicely fits around 80 people. Cons: Parking before 11pm is tough. If you're having an early party, your guests can park in the BJays parking lot. I believe it's 5 bucks for 4 hours. read more

I came to this spot when Leaf was too crowded. They specialize in unique cocktails which can get pricey. One time I was there a few people were smoking in the outdoor area which stunk up the indoor area. The view is fantastic, which is better than Leaf's view. read more

Sketchy establishment. I noticed they overcharged my credit card by nearly double. When I called them up and said I wanted to discuss a credit card charge they already knew which one I was referring to, had an excuse ready, and said they would contact the bank to fix it. Followed up several days later on a Friday and they had a different excuse ready and promised to take care of it the following Monday. Followed up with my bank the following Tuesday and they had heard nothing from these guys. read more

Came here on a Friday afternoon to see the sunset with my partner. A very quiet and lovely place to talk, see the beautiful view, and enjoy some good drinks (at a discount of course because of happy hour). To get to the roof, you enter the lobby of the hotel. Press the "down" button and then enter the elevator. Press the letter "R" and you will soon be on the roof. Lovely decorations, furniture, and very creative stickers. This place was absolutely awful! The staff is disrespectful. No courtesy whatsoever. They are extremely prejudice against anyone who is not Asian. The refused to wait on any one of us at the bar. But all the Asian customers were being served. Then a bartender handed a woman a menu so I asked her if I could check it out when she was done, then the bartender took it back and said I'm not serving any of you tonight, were having a private party. Like why even give menus, why not have a sign saying private party. Awful awful awful and the elevator was a 25 min wait all to get up to the roof for them to do this. The poor lady that he the menu actually was staying at their hotel, I felt awful for her. I would never in my life recommend this place to anyone. This rooftop bar is a hidden gem. Came here on a Sunday. It's a breath of fresh air from the busy Flushing street just downstairs. It offers a nice view across the East River and there's a clear shot of the sunset. I had the spicy salmon roll sushi and bought a bottle of wine for a very good price.
