My property handyman contractor referred me to ASAP Glasswerks and indicated the company provided quality shower enclosures with acceptable market pricing. I sent ASAP Glasswerks a text indicating I needed a new shower enclosure for a rental property. Initially, the communication was good. I received a response from Jason who asked me to send measurements, which I did. He then provided me with a price. When it came time for Jason to respond to take his own measurements, I provided him with the address, and we agreed on a date and timeframe. On the measurement date, I asked Jason to confirm his arrival time. He indicated he was stuck in traffic and requested to meet the following day. I told him I would confirm with the occupant that the following day would be acceptable. Although I blocked off time for this appointment and moved other work responsibilities around, I understand things happen. After confirming the occupant was available, I immediately texted Jason and told him the following day would work. He did not respond. I sent another text to him five hours later and still no response. Unfortunately, I never heard from Jason again. We all have things to do and responsibilities that need to be met. It would have been nice to know that ASAP Glasswerks was unable or unwilling to meet for the appointments in advance. read more

ZERO ZERO ZERO. I'd give a zero if I could. Unreliable, fails to communicate and NO SHOWED our appointment. My wife called on Saturday and the gentleman asked to visit Monday as he was out of town. My fathers home was burglarized while he was in the hospital. I called around and landed on the most prompt repossess and reasonable quote that I received. Rescheduled twice and third time claimed they came by the house but never did. Nothing on my camera at all.

Requested a board up on a front window. Jason was professional and showed up in 30min. Got measurements and left to the home depot to purchase the board. He was back and finished the job quickly. Total was $150 which I paid with a check, well spent to secure my home and family. I still needed my window replaced so asked him to give me an estimate. He gave me an estimate the next day , total $460, and within 5 business days he had a new window that perfectly matched my broken one. Cleaned up the glass and was extra careful with my plants.
