We bought a house that had two broken windows. Well, they were dual pane windows and 1 of the panes was broken. To make matters worse, one of the windows was in a door, which is not as easy as a normal window. First we had another company come out and they wanted to take our door to their shop to repair it ... HECK NO that ain't gonna happen. We called First Place Glass and it must be named first place for a reason. They came and you could just tell that they have all the experience in the world. They measured and the next morning we had a price quote. And get this, their quote for both windows was lower than the other company (the one that wanted to take our door) quoted for one of the windows. They were back out a week later and put our new windows in and we couldn't be happier. If you need glass, these guys don't mess around. I called First Place Glass to have a cracked window replaced. The worker showed up and looked at the job and made it extremely apparent that he did not want to do the job. He stated that the window was old and started making excuses why he did not want to do the job. The springs are a problem, the seal was too old, the glue that he uses would not hold the window, etc. etc. etc. He told me that maybe I should call another glass repair shop. So, I did. The other company came out and stated that there is absolutely no problem with replacing the glass. In fact, they even stated that if needed, they had no problem replacing the springs. From beginning to end, this company is first place and first class. We did not have your typical little Windows to replace. Four of the 12 we replaced were 10 to 12 feet high. We went with First Place after getting bids from 5 companies (one refused to do the job because of the window sizes). Sam and Noah were the best! We went through the HERO program for the great tax write off. When the crew came to install they were superb. Fast, friendly, polite, clean and professional. They protected my wood floors, carpet, wooden blinds, and furniture. It was actually a fun experience. They even prayed as a group before the job (I said those windows were big and scary). Called first place glass and got an immediate response from Samuel. He asked me to send some pictures of the broken window glass. It took very little time for him to send me a quote and we then set up a time for the next day. They were early but were very patient waiting for me as I got off my work late. After I arrived home they went to work and put in my new glass and got rid of the broken glass. These guys are the best in the business. I was the victim of a home invasion that resulted in one of my sliders getting shattered. They came out within hours and boarded my window. They were the only company to answer their phone. They boarded up the window within minutes and cleaned all the shattered glass. They came back a few days later and replaced the slider. It took 15 minutes to get it done. They also cleaned my windows. These guys were absolutely amazing. They were extremely friendly and professional and sympathetic towards my situation. Strange story... i received a phone call out of the blue from Celeste threatening and informing me that a lien was placed on my property, apparently my tenant had fixed a broken window and didn't fully pay on time. a normal conduct would be to deal with the person that order the work, if that doesn't work out they can contact the landlord and have me help resolve the issue. Moving forward with a lien without even allowing me to address the issue, not to mention that i never even contracted or invited their work seems like a red flag company. After my communication the tenant paid and the issue was resolved... and the lien removed. Could have been a much nicer experience. read more

This company replaced the windshield in my Camry. I give them 2 stars for showing up on time. The crew was pleasant and presentable enough. But, the work was not so good. It will do, but the windshield is not centered, either side to side, or top to bottom. It looks like it was put in by amateurs. I should have inspected their work more closely as they did it, instead of after they had gone. But one expects professionals to do a professional job. My fault. I found them on the internet.
