Alfredo was responsive & flexible with me as I'm commuting from San Diego to Granada Hills currently. Second time that we use Sandoval Tree Service and they gave us the best price and the best service on both occasions. The first time was for a trim, the second time for the removal of a massive ash tree. For that removal it took them 3 days instead of 1. It was a huge job and they may have underestimated the amount of work. But yet they powered through it, without complaints, without an increase in the quote and got the whole driveway pressure washed at the very end of alit all. Great service all the way through. I have worked with many gardening companies and they don't last more than a year because they let my grass die and end up blaming the heat. But that hasn't happened with Alfredo and his team. They are truly professional and know everything that you need so your house looks amazing. They have pruned my trees, they keep my lawn nicely green, and when they pass the blower they are super careful so all the dirt doesn't go in the pool! I've been with them for almost three years and my grass has stayed the same all this time, green!!!. If the sprinklers malfunctions they quickly change them. I called Alfredo Sandoval's tree service because they had gotten excellent reviews on Yelp. I had a relatively small job to do - some light pruning, topping off a small lemon tree and two mid-size oleanders, planting flowers in a few small planters and to renew the existing container earth with mulch and fresh potting soil. Despite the fact that this was not a big job, Alfredo called me back within five minutes to make an appointment to come over and give me an estimate, which he did the very next morning. Once I had accepted the estimate, he came over the very next morning with two other employees to do the job for me, which was a very short turnaround time for a first-time caller, I think. Alfredo and his coworkers were on time, professional, hard-working, relatively quiet, and did an excellent job of cleaning everything up and putting my front and back patio areas back in their original, swept order before they left. They watered all the new plantings thoroughly and hauled away all the clippings. They were extremely polite and friendly.
