So these guys came out like 6-9 months ago. They did an ok job but found ways of trying to increase my costs to pay for their equipment that broke. Then they said my wife told them to leave when that wasn't the case. The head guy Sergio is a bit of a talker and went on and on about stuff when explaining all his issues. We have a pool and trees around. the pool and they didn't have a way of trimming the ficus trees. Every other company we ever hired had no issues. Anyway we just dealt with it. Now they want to charge me triple and want me to provide them a ladder!!!! Insane for me to supply them with tools they need to do the job. If you want a lower price but not a great job in my opinion then use them. otherwise move on. They tripled pricing on me and didn't even do a proper job the first time!!! sad. read more

What I though was going to be a positive experience turned in to Kaos. The first day with a lack of workers . The Price was right but in the end I realize way. Being Licensed & Bonded, I assume he was very organized , Trustable and Professional .... Not! Excluding a elderly man who keeped damaging things , some Pottery knocked over ,and forceably pushing a gate open to where it scratched my tile, badly over 2 tiles. I thought he would have a crew. Most companies I've dealt with in the past do. And younger men with more strength and sense. They didnt have enough sense to walk around and inspect what things should be moved out of harms way. I finally moved some things myself and they still screwed up! Too much weight on my gate cause the scratchs on tile. They alkso broke my staircase . Iron Handle Stair railing which I will have to repair was also broken , from leaning on them wrong. But not telling me !!! This type of work needs plans and well thought ! With review on what might or could be damaged. But they never did that. They just went at it and in a hurry, too ! So UnMethodical ... And there being in a hurry, making watching more stressful.The first day I was there . I had paid a deposit of half the amount after the first day . Over a $1000.50. Now I realize I should of waited with the balance until truly inspecting, the job . My fault , but there using a contractional excuse of hours not even in Business work day mentality . I have a large Bradford pear tree in my front yard that was clearly struggling a bit health-wise in addition to being long overdue for a trim. I requested quotes from four different companies, and Sergio's approach really stood out. Whereas most of the other guys spent about 5 seconds looking at the tree before throwing out a number and barely answering my questions, Sergio was here for, probably, twenty minutes explaining what he felt needed to be addressed and proposing a plan for improving the tree's health and cleaning it up.
