She is so easy to work with and I am glad that she was ok with me not knowing exactly what I wanted, but that I wanted something with variations of purple/white and anything pretty. Mind you, I know nothing about flowers nor many of their names, and I have a lack of creativity in this realm. I honestly did not know where to start, just had some ideas, Pinterest pics and an open mind. Due to COVID, we had little time to re-plan our wedding since it got canceled last year and barely got the ok to have the wedding less than 2 months before our new date. I didn't want to be over stress (also with my job, did not have time to do as much research on the florals as to what I wanted even with the extension), so we let her (the professional) do her job and trusted that however it turns out, that she will do a superb job. We gave her FULL creative control and was the best decision of our lives. My bouquet was the star of the show. I got so many compliments on the arrangement (even from my vendors)! All I asked was to make it drooping down and not too heavy. She was the one who decided on the flowers to put in the arrangement, which turned out stunning and they smelled so good too! If you have something that you absolutely want, she will be able to do it and find a way to make it work (within reason of course). Last minute, I wanted a ring bouquet for my bridesmaids, but didn't have many example pictures to give to her, mainly just the idea. She had not done this concept before, but despite that, she was able put together the most beautiful ring bouquets for my bridesmaids! We got many compliments for these bouquets and we were so impressed that she was able to create this so fast since we only gave her the idea within a few weeks of the wedding. Again, giving her full creative freedom paid off since I didn't give her much to go by and was so impressed by the arrangements. Since there was also a shortage in flowers for the colors we wanted, she quickly bought as much as she could and still worked within a reasonable budget considering the prices skyrocketed due to the supply and demand. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Lannetus Florals. Anne cares about her clients needs, very professional, and works her magic to put together extraordinary arrangements.

I decided to order flowers for my mom's 4 month death anniversary and have them delivered to her home where her ashes are at. I found a beautiful arrangement with long stemmed red roses and a tall vase. The flowers were delivered and my dad sent me a picture, they did not look anything like the picture. Not only was it a short vase, but the roses were not long stem, and it had added white flowers to it. Don't get me wrong Lillie's and hydrangeas are beautiful but I chose that specific design for a reason. I called the florist and Yu she gave me excuses as to why they couldn't make the design I chose. I told her I COMPLETELY understood but would have liked a call to explain that to me beforehand so I at least had the option to choose their alternative design or a refund. I wasn't given that choice, they tried to deliver something I hadn't ordered. The designer stated that she would go pick up the flowers and deliver my design on a different date, but that she couldn't guarantee the design I chose since she didn't have the vase. I told her that I would just prefer a refund instead, she then stated that they would refund me but pick up the arrangement from my moms house. I have never dealt with any type of business that does this... I am NOT trying to get free flowers, but that is just so unprofessional to me. And I would not want to put my dad through that when he is already mourning the loss of my mother. The designer also kept saying things like "be thankful we are alive to fix and resolve this, I had a friend who just died of covid".... Ummmm i just lost my mom to cancer, 6 days after being diagnosed.... So please don't tell me what I should be thankful for or to be considerate of. I got extremely frustrated and just hung up and left it as is. I didn't have the energy to argue with her or try to make her understand how ghetto it is to go and pick up the arrangement and then possibly not have a replacement until the next day or a few days later. I was missing and mourning my mom on this anniversary and this florist turned an emotional and intimate moment into an ugly situation. Update: They called the following day and stated they would create the right design and deliver them to my parents house. IT WAS NEVER DONE! So I'm keeping my review as is
