At this point the person that supposed recieved the arrangement left work since they delivery never arrive in the time frame the agree on. The person may not see the arrangements till Monday where mostly will no look fresh anymore. Update: I got a call from the store that they were 2 hours later for the lots of deliveries they have. I mention that the person was no longer at the location so they offered to change the delivery location. 2 hours later the flowers bee received and look beautiful. They definitely went the extra mile to make sure we were happy at the end of the day.

It would have been helpful if she coordinated with our silk flower vendor to ensure the flowers matched my vision (I sent both vendors a detailed document of my floral inspirations for each part of the wedding), but the communication between the vendors and with myself were lacking (delay on communication and lack of clarity/transparency).

Aside from the poor quality of the arrangement, they almost never answer the phone. For online orders they charge an additional $10 Wire charge.

Different flowers in various buckets and then a lot of prearranged bouquets for quick service. Then they had this refrigerated back section with these goooorrrrgeous displays. Like sunflowers and roses arranged into hearts and other shapes. Like super duper Instagram worthy. The guy working was nice enough. Kind of quiet. He let me look without talking to me much. I ended up choosing two because one was really colorful with these purples and pinks and whites and the other was all yellows but the sunflowers were too pretty to pass up. He cut the stems for me and they took tap to pay. I only took a star off because they weren't the type of flowers where you can indulge in their fragrance (I didn't notice a floral scent at all) and then I feel like other florists will wrap up your bouquets in paper or something so they don't look like grocery store flowers and even when I asked about it, the guy said no. Oh well. They still came in clutch for me and I would hella go back
