After a run in with a bad jeweler while my mom had the ring, the entire band was pretty much destroyed. Though it was my original engagement ring, as I always wanted, we didn't have time before hand to get it repaired. Thankfully, I took a leap of faith and dropped it off with the owner. He checked everything out in person, went over what would be done with me, and verified price. Upon picking it up I was blown away with how amazing it looked! With the new band blending in perfectly as if it was the original, and the entire thing cleaned. I plan on going back within the next month or two to get the missing small 9 stones replaced.

The staff is nice and are not fucking assholes like a lot of the gun dealers in southern oregon, which is nice. They aren't standoffish or sketchy unless you are and it's generally a very comfortable experience. It's nice that some of the staff is female because it doesn't turn into a bro-fest and they are always helpful and able (and willing!) to answer any questions you might have. Their selection isn't the best, but what do you expect, it's a pawn shop. Prices are average, but when compared to Good Guys Gun's up the street, ALWAYS come here first. I'm sure they have other crap here too but I only go for the firearms selection. Comfortable, friendly, and a decent selection. This is one of two gun stores I've ever been to where I never have to wait for service or to have my questions answered. If I wasn't so picky I would shop here a lot more often then I do already.

I told him it was to much and I wanted to pick up my ring . He said its at a mystery location (so no repair in store ) and will have it back by 6 pm . Next day at 1: 30 pm still no call about my ring and told them I will go pick it up but Bret would not tell me address it was at . Bret said he will go get it and call me when it is in the store .
