Wow! What a great company. I had a bad situation with my sliding door glass shattering and this company was quick to come out the same day. Out of convenience for this company to remove glass, they broke it and caused glass bits and pieces everywhere. Broken glasses were even in air vent. Amazing service!!! We have two big dogs at home and they bumped into our window downstairs and broke it. I called them and they came out the next morning (the window was broke on a Sunday). They have a fair price and was lower than other quotes o received. They were able to fix it same day and even took my back screen door to fix it and brought it back the next day. I had reached out to another company who told me there was no way to replace just the piece of the window that was broken and I had to replace the entire window from top to bottom, included the arch. It was going to run us nearly $800. When these people came out they told us of course they can fix just the one side and I only ended up paying $300. Thanks again!! read more

This company was very nice and professional. They did a great job replacing a cracked window in our house. They were on time on the day of installation, and the prices were right in line with other quotes I received. I decided to use A Super Glass based on the reviews here on Yelp and I'm not disappointed in the quality of the product or workmanship. What I am not happy about is the attention to detail from the installers. My biggest issue was that the installers did not finalize their job. By this, I mean they didn't clean up the old materials from the cracked glass. There was double-sided tape on my patio that I cleaned up. However, the big problem was they also left a razor blade on the floor of my house inside that my 2 year-old daughter found after they left!! This is not acceptable ever! This would easily be a 5-star review had the installers did a final run through and cleaned up, but I have to let this company know the situation that was left after my installation, as well as others. Hopefully this can be corrected for future installs. read more

Just wanted to shoot out to A Super Glass. Purchased our KB home 7 years ago and we did not upgrade our bathroom. Over that period, our vinyl and magnet just disintegrated. While trying to take out the vinyl to get it replaced I accidentally shattered the shower door. Thanks to Ricardo who came out to my house same day and took measurements. He ended up replacing all the glass and fixtures because, of course, all the manufactured stuff from KB is very hard to replace. Best service, fair pricing, excellent communication. I used the Yelp quote system to request quotes from about a dozen glass places for a large (4'x8') bathroom mirror with two cut-outs. Some quotes came in quickly (within a couple of hours) and some took a day or two, some I never received. That right there tells you a lot about who you're dealing with. These folks were not only one of the first, but Ricky even sent me his cell number on request so I could text him pictures of the job. Between him and Miriam, the follow up was amazing and he came that day to take measurements. Three days later he returned with the piece and it looks amazing! There were other quotes that were a little bit less, but not very much, and for me I would rather pay an extra few dollars to receive the kind of service I got from A Super Glass.
