We've used this glass company a few times now, and they've always been fantastic. One of our kids accidentally broke a garage door window playing volleyball, so I sent in some pictures. They responded right away with an estimate and came out the same day to fix it. The repair looks perfect, and the whole process was quick and easy. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in their work. It's great to have a reliable local company you can count on highly recommend!

Two days to answer, two days for someone to show up to fix the problem, and then 24 hours waiting for it to dry. That is already a week. This happened two times, which means two weeks without being able to use the shower! On the third week, when we were finally cleaning up your mess, we noticed the scratch. Now you are saying you didn't deliver a scratched shower panel. Are you saying that we scratched it, because we enjoy having you come back again? Or so you can ask us to reorder a new one for $750? Is that your "discount"?

If I could give no stars I will do. This has been, without question, the worst experience I have ever had with any contractor. The shower glass installation was done poorly from the start and has leaked multiple times. Each time we had to call them back to fix their own mistakes. Instead of taking responsibility, they kept claiming it was the "first time" they had ever heard of such an issue -- which is completely untrue since we had already reported the same leak before. The lack of accountability is unbelievable. The customer service is even worse. Miram, who sits behind the desk, has absolutely no idea what customer service means. She was dismissive, rude, and completely uninterested in solving the problem. Rather than trying to help, she made the situation more frustrating. On top of the repeated leaks and poor workmanship, they had the nerve to ask for extra payment before even finishing the job properly. Imagine asking for more money when the original work isn't even done right. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If it wasn't for our friend who is a contractor and made us feel obligated to work with them, we would have never chosen this company. Unfortunately, we trusted that connection -- and it turned out to be the biggest mistake. This is the worst company you could possibly ask to work with. Poor quality, repeated leaks, zero accountability, terrible communication, and no professionalism. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the disappointment. Do not hire them. Please stay way from than we had better shower glass before than we worked with this company

Fantastic service, highly recommend. They came in with the best price, quickest service response time and did a great job. Very happy with the window glass repair.

First spoke with Miriam via text messages to discuss the options for bathtub enclosure on 3/8. She was very responsive and was able to have a technician send over on the same day to complete the measurements and have the material ordered. The following week due to miscommunication, the installation was completed 3/17 instead. Should had been sooner. But other than that, the technician was very professional at installation, every measurements were check on the spot and cut to the exact size to make sure it's perfect fit. The work is flawless. Everything was cleaned up after the installation! Beside the minor miscommunication, def recommend A Super Glass for all!

Miriam and her team are awesome. Anytime I would text about questions or had any concerns, she responded quickly. I loved her level of customer service and her team that came in to do the measurements and installation were extremely professional. As you can see in my photos attached, they did such a clean job and they're reasonably priced. I had a glass shower wall replaced because it had shattered and a screen door and track replaced as well. They came quickly and took measurements. I was given a quote and they were reasonably priced. The technicians were clean and wore shoe coverings because I had requested it. Very professional and thorough job. Friendly staff and support staff was courteous and professional as well. So unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to use this business. I connected with Miriam and she was very responsive with text message, so I decided to use a super glass after I was quoted. She stated that she would send a technician out between 2 and 3 o'clock. So when 5 o'clock rolls around, no Communication, no text and no technicianI. I was very upset. I moved around my schedule for this appointment and I let Miriam know, but she told me that she forgot and that they're really busy. My first thought is, if you can't even communicate, then why would I want to hire you for a job? It's completely unprofessional and disrespectful to the customer. My time is valuable, and it was completely disregarded. read more

We had a bad seal on a window with moisture building in between the panels. I called several companies for a quote. Some didn't return my call while others would only come out for a minimum 4 windows. Of the two quotes I did receive, A Super Glass was the best. Miriam on the phone was great to work with and gave me a quote over the phone. She had someone out the next day to measure and confirm. It took a few days for the order to be completed as we requested tempered glass, but it was installed in about a week. The installers were courteous and left the site clean. From start to finish the service was great. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for any future needs. read more

Another bonus was that I have a transponder for the 91 expressway and he replaced the Velcro strips and attached the transponder to the new windshield. I have had many windshields replaced over the years because I traveled a lot in my working days. This is the first time that someone was thoughtful enough to replace the Velcro strips. I can't say enough good things about this company. I waited to write my review until I had a chance to run the car through the car wash. The seal on the window is solid. I asked them to send someone over with an invoice so I could pay them. The next person shows up and speaks at least very little English. Hands me a receipt now with tax added. Then he did not want my check. Then, to find out that it was indeed the wrong kind of glass. No wonder Jose ripped the sticker off as I was trying to take a photo of it. What an unnecessarily stressful experience. If you are too lazy to learn the language of the country you are working in, how are people supposed to have confidence in your professional skills? So if you are looking for a place that does not speak English and gets things 83% correct. Call these guys.

The service, quality, and staff here are second to none which is why I come back. I returned with an RX7 for AIR 80 all around for the heat rejection and full visibility. My Type R has IRX 35% all around including windshield and looks super dark since the interior absorbs a lot of light. However, I included an interior shot to show how QUALITY tint is supposed to look regardless of the darkness (I can see easily at night). Time and time again I hear people try to penny pinch and get better deals elsewhere for worse product but Sage and their line of tints speak for themselves. You get what you pay for. Our Bedroom window was frame was falling apart. The window would not stay open and the cool air was escaping during the summer. Landlord called these A super heros and they came in professionally and respectfully to our home and fixed it up, even had better suggestions for the type of window to see out the window. I love it!! We made an appointment for Monday afternoon at 4:30, he never showed and when I reached out he said he forgot to add it to his calendar. Okay, things happen. We made another appointment for Thursday, again 4:30, i came home about 4:20 to find his business card in my door. I called, he said that he had it down for Thursday afternoon and showed up at, if I understood him correctly, noon and when I wasn't home just left, didn't even call, just left. He said that he could still make it tonight possibly around 5:30, to which I agreed, but I felt it was reasonable to say that if he couldn't make it, I wouldn't try rescheduling again. His response was that he doesn't really work on a strict timeline (paraphrasing) and that he knew my time was valuable so he would pass on the job. My job is a relatively small job, I want to add a dog door to our slider, so I get it the it wasn't worth his time, but then say no at the start, don't give me a rough quote and then schedule an appointment just to miss it. Several people I reached out to have already told me they don't do the work I'm requesting, which is fine. I can't judge the quality of work, but the customer service, at least in my case, wasn't good.

We had a MILGARD-brand sliding glass door screen ruined by a condominium homeowners association…read moremanagement company's handyman. That was typical in that a couple of them had been paying their family members to do maintenance and repairs and most everything we've seen that they touched was a mess including our screen door. They had decided to try to cover-up that the roof sheathing had holes in it large enough that you could put a basketball through them. So, they nailed wood scraps under the eaves without even painting them. But they dropped the nails they pulled (and we photographed) and dropped either some of the wood or a hammer and almost ruined the screened door all of which we photographed and may post here. Well, Luis saved the day. He is a gentleman and a craftsman. He had to do some disassembly of the screened door to make it work again; it would no longer open and we had been prevented from accessing our deck since a neighbor's video showed the HOA pick-up labor from the the parking across the street from the nearby HOME DEPOT. Luis like his friend Scott who is similarly gifted in saving rather than having to replace entire sliding glass doors that have been damaged-- and with similarly 30-plus years of experience in the Inland Empire, these gentlemen are economical Best of all, they show up on time and perform as advertised. You will be glad you met him. At THE STATER BROTHERS, just minutes after we left our meeting to get that door repaired by Luis, we had the opportunity to tell our longtime friend who works there and was thinking about seeing if RONDY'S could sell her a new sliding glass door screen and pet door.
