We talked back and forth and agreed to have the service performed on 08/29/2025. I gave them the TV model and how I wanted the tv mounted. We Mount tv said they would do some research and get back to me tomorrow 08/27/2025. I never got a call from them, this should have been a red flag off the bat but I gave them a chance and people do forget or get busy it happens. Unfortunately the TV I purchased wouldn't be delivered until 08/29/2025 so therefore I couldn't give We Mount TV a time to perform the service (My fault). I called them back and let them know about the situation and we agree to instead have the TV mounted on 08/30/2025 at 09:00 AM. I called We Mount TV on 08/29/2025 at 1:40pm to confirm our appointment for 08/30/2025 they said everything was good to go and the appointment was confirmed. On 08/30/2025 I got a text message from We Mount TV at 09:09 stating the tech was sick and they were going to move some stuff around so they can get someone out to mount the tv that day but at a later time. I replied with OK do you know what time? I never got a response, I still gave them a chance and thought Mayne they are busy just trying to finish some jobs and would get back to me. I decided to give them until Tuesday 09/02/2025 to get back to me since it was the Labor Day weekend, still giving them a chance to redeem themselves and use the Labor Day weekend as an excuse for the reason they dropped the ball. I am writing this review on 09/06/2025 at 8:17PM and I still have not heard from WE Mount TV. Not an apology no nothing, simply left on read and ghosted. At that point, he set up an appointment to have a technician perform a service call. The technician assigned was Austin. I called on a Monday and had an appointment for a site survey/possible install on Wednesday, same week. Kory and I talked about what it was, Starlink is a space based internet antenna company from SpaceX (an Elon Musk company). These antennas provide internet to mostly rural areas underserved by the big crappy ISP's. Kory was great, had all the right tools and even had the mounting hardware for me as mine still hadn't shipped. Quick/clean install through the attic so there's no ugly wires on the side of the house. I would highly recommend this company for installing your equipment.

Chad and Pete ran wiring for me for 12 security cameras and they did an excellent job. They ran…read moreextra cable for future use where I wanted it, helped me tidy up a lot of messy wiring that was around, and did a nice job using existing can lights so the only holes that had to be cut were in the garage. They were the third low voltage/security camera company I called in Las Vegas, which I found by looking at Yelp reviews. The first company said that they don't really recommend IP cameras, which is insane. The second company said that they only do jobs where they provide the cameras, they don't work with customer provided cameras. Smart Tech was the third I called, and they came out and did a long walkthrough/discussion of the job and provided a free estimate. I think the biggest reason to recommend them is because of all the finishing details they did on all the different aspects of the project. They cut a hole in the garage for access, but they let me give them dimensions for an access panel that I would order and cover the hole with, so I didn't just have a random sized hole to deal with. They terminated all the ends of some extra ethernet cable that wasn't going to be immediately used, they ran extra cable, and a bunch of other miscellaneous extras that really improved the end result over what I would have gotten from another installer.
