Though I had not bought the tires at Hometown (that happened during an earlier road trip) they worked me in quickly, did the work at a reasonable price, and solved the problem completely! Since I knew a lot of my original lugnuts were beyond their useful life, I bought a box of new ones for them to put on when remounting the wheels...and the mechanic even came out front to thank me for giving him new ones to work with. All in all, a great team with great service. When it's time for new tires, I'll be calling them first.

When I arrived, Reynold told me he didn't have the report because he accidentally deleted it, that it was human error, and that He was being honest and that He didn't even have to tell me that! In Aww, I demanded something to show my new mechanic and was provided a quote on what an estimate would be for a new engine and used one. This still didn't show what was specifically tested on my vehicle, what concluded a new engine was needed? I did not fuss with them and knew I'd immediately dispute this charge with my bank for services I paid for, but didn't receive. I WON the dispute with my bank and was credited a full return of my money for the nonsense, non-service. If you are a WOMAN, don't go in there alone! They will take advantage of you with a trustworthy smile! Don't go in there to get cheated, regardless male or female, BEWARE! And never pay with cash to avoid taxes! Had I done that I would have never had the support from my bank to recoup the funds.
