He joked that he'd have it done in one hour on a Saturday -- which they close at 1:00, something he did not tell me. I left and called two hours later to check on my car. He said he wouldn't have time to work on it today and asked if I could walk there because "it should be time enough since they close in 20 minutes." I rushed over. He said I owed $80 and that it would go toward my final bill for the "diagnosis." I paid, and we made an agreement that I'd drop my car off the next week. He promised it would only take a short time. I let him know I needed the car for work and that I'd be using a family member's car in the meantime. He once again joked about how easy of a fix it would be and told me not to worry -- it would be done before the week was out (this was Thursday). I dropped the car off. Saturday came, and the car still had not been fixed. I let them know I had to come get it. When I arrived, I asked if I owe anything? They responded, "Nothing, today." They asked me to bring the car back the following week because they were waiting on a part. I never brought the car back because I was displeased with the constant joking about how fast it would be, yet no work was done besides the "diagnostic" -- which I had already supplied to them upon arrival, and paid for. I am still driving around with a check engine light on, and they continue to bill me OVER $300. FOR WHAT?? When I call, they constantly say "they're busy right now and can't talk." My family has used them for many years, and I was told to go here. They have witnessed what Jake and his team of scammers have tried to pull on me. He will not be receiving any of our business again, and I hope people take this as a warning. If you want to get scammed and still have a broken car, this is your place.

A different tech examined the car and noted that the oil filter had not been installed correctly. The following morning I noted a fresh puddle of oil beneath the vehicle. Returning the vehicle again, the tech found that the drain plug on the pan also had not been secured correctly. They always give good advice and never try to up-sell you on work that you don't need. And when you do need work, their prices are very fair. Their oil changes are very quick too. I am usually out of there in a half hour. Today I came in because there was a burning smell coming from car. Even though they were busy, they had my car up on the lift in 15 minutes. It turned out I had a plastic bag that caught on an exhaust pipe underneath the chassis. After spending 30 minutes with my car and taking time out of their other work for the day, they didn't charge me anything.

Never had a problem with them stealing parts so I'm not sure what that one negative review was about. When my tires get changed, I've been allowed to watch the process. I'm not sure how they would even have an opportunity to do something like that for the amount a time a tire change takes. I have recommended them to all my friends and family.
