Total bummer but PPAS gave us a wonderful warranty and all will be fixed and made right. PPAS filed the insurance claim which they said their insurance company denied for me and countless others and they were headed to litigation to resolve this. PPAS was great about monthly communication up until Nov 2025 and they have gone completely silent. Have no idea what's going on at this stage, pool looks terrible and is losing water. I just really would like an update as to what's going on at this stage and our pool repaired so we as a family can get back to enjoying it. Until PPAS starts honoring their warranties I'd highly HIGHLY suggest to stay away and seek out other pool builders

Everyone we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful and made our first pool install experience so easy and enjoyable! I could not be more pleased with the work KINGZ Pool Services did on my pool coping and deck, and I…read morehighly recommend them! My pool originally had approximately 70% flagstone coping, while the remaining 30% had the existing concrete deck extending all the way to the edge of the pool. Over time, the concrete deck had moved and developed cracks, many of the grout lines between the flagstone coping had either cracked or was gone and the area where there was no coping had developed major cracks between the concrete cantilever and the tile line. Those cracks were allowing water to get behind the pool. KINGZ Pool Services recommended cutting back the concrete and installing Oklahoma flagstone coping around the remaining 30% of the pool and to regroup everything. I'll be honest -- I was scared to death to have someone cut into my existing pool deck! But it turned out to be the best decision I could have made. The transformation is incredible. They matched the new Oklahoma flagstone to the existing coping so well that, unless you knew there had originally been no coping in that area, you would never know it wasn't there from the beginning. They also expertly repaired the cracks in the existing concrete deck and paint-matched the repairs to the surrounding area. The result is incredibly seamless. They removed all of the old, deteriorated grout between the existing coping stones and along the tile line and re-grouted everything. They also properly cut back a line between the coping and deck so they could install mastic where it belongs. Previously, there was no mastic between the flagstone and the deck -- just grout that had worn away in many places. The entire job was completed in less than two days, and their attention to detail was outstanding. They were courteous, professional, and did an excellent job cleaning up when they were finished. They covered the pool during the work, and although there was understandably some dust left in the water, they actually got into the pool and removed the larger pieces that had fallen in. My filter and pool cleaner will take care of the remaining fine dust over the next couple of days. The quality of the workmanship, the attention to detail, the excellent color and stone matching, and the overall finished product exceeded my expectations. And they did it at a great price. If you need pool coping, deck repairs, grout or mastic work, or any of the other services they provide, I would absolutely recommend KINGZ Pool Services. I am extremely happy with the finished product and would use them again without hesitation!

We were struggling with a nasty, long-term problem: We hadn't seen the bottom of our pool in over…read more8 months. Nothing we did would clear up the water enough to see the bottom. We drained it and refilled it, but as soon as we turned our filter on, it clouded up literally within seconds. (We had just had our filter sand replace on recommendation of another vendor at $300.) Everyone we spoke to about the problem had a quick "solution" that cost another $100-$400. Each of these solutions failed. Finally we found Steve. Instead of just talking the talk and selling us repairs we didn't need, Steve actually came to look at our pool. After some very frugal experiments, Steve discovered our chlorinator wasn't working at all. He installed a new, better one for under $200. (Very slick, it has a window so we can see if there's chlorine in it.) And now our pool is crystal clear for several weeks. Great work.
