Unfortunately, this shop failed to resolve my vehicle issue and instead attempted to charge the insurance excessively, ultimately pushing for my car to be declared a total loss. I chose to keep my vehicle and take it to another repair shop. However, when I picked it up, my car was severely damaged from the back--parts had been removed and not reinstalled. I asked if they could at least reinstall the lights so I could drive the vehicle safely, and I was told no unless I paid additional fees. I questioned why parts were removed when the insurance had not approved those repairs. It became clear they assumed I would accept the total loss and not question their actions. They removed parts that did not need to be removed and charged the insurance for unnecessary work. This feels extremely dishonest and unprofessional. My vehicle was in great condition before, but after their actions, it was left vandalized and unsafe. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this auto shop and in insurance-based repairs overall. read more

My car looks like it is brand new. This review should have been written a few years back when I brought my Maserati Levante to them. I dealt with a gentleman named Darren and he did an amazing job on the car as well as putting my mind at ease. The Levante looked like it was never scratched. Now fast forward 3 years and I had to bring my Acura MDX to them. I was surprised to have received the same professionalism I had received all those years back. Darren and his staff were amazing! Getting into a accident is no fun especially when it's your loved one. From beginning to end not only was my insurance "GEICO" great but "Auto Pro Collision was perfect! I'm in customer service and I know the importance of excellent customer service. The vehicle was repaired quickly and flawlessly. From the moment I walked in and spoke to Angela and Victoria they immediately make you feel comfortable and at ease. Seeing all the awards on the walls was also comforting. Someone not paying attention hit my VW Passat and long story short it took a few weeks to get other drivers insurance to cover the damage. Anyway, the other insurance company was USAA and they recommended Auto Pro of Freehold. Now I live nearby and have never even seen this shop but I gave them a try. A very knowledgeable technician inspected my car and gave me a reasonable estimate. Once my claim was approved by other insurance I went ahead with the work at Auto Pro. Do not patronize this business. The owner is an unprofessional thief. Brought my car here to have Geico estimate done after accident but when I told him that his shop would not be doing the repairs he only included about 1/3 of the actual damage. writing on report that "car had extensive damage before accident". Geico paid me $1500. Brought car to another shop and they estimated damage at $4700. Additionally if you are working with Darren he is very rude and does not know how to speak to people. He displays what poor customer service is. Had my first accident a little while ago with my Jeep that I owned for less than two weeks after getting rear ended, literally I couldn't be more annoyed...Honestly they're a 1 stop shop. I didn't understand the process I had to go through but as soon as I arrived Frank, Isabelle and Darren walked me through the entire process, from where I stood to when I was getting my car back. When I got home from work they had a rental car waiting for me and my paperwork in order. Frank (I believe one of the owners) took time out of his day to call me personally and updated me step by step of the repair process. I recently had to bring my truck in to Auto Pro for some repairs. It was a pleasant experience from drop off to pick up. Everyone was friendly and courteous and I was pleasantly surprised how clean the place is. I received several texts updating me of the status and pickup date. I definitely had more communication with them than any autobody business I have used in the past. Not only was my truck fixed and looking great but it was also washed and vacuumed.
