Pricewise, from the companies we interviewed, Tacheny was in the upper mid-range. One of the reasons we opted to go with them is we have Solar panels and they have their own Solar contractors to remove the panels. That saved us about 2K based on pricing from Solar companies that do the same work. There were a couple of issues we noticed after the initial roof repair was completed. We talked to our site manager, Mahkobi, and he looked over the areas of concern and got those fixed. The drywall repair was exceptional and there were no issues whatsoever. Even though we had to address some of the roofing issues, I felt the office and site manager kept us in the loop, listened to our concerns and addressed the issues to our satisfaction. I would recommend this company for any exterior work you might need on your home.

Sucks to do this during the Holidays but we ended up with a great deal. It took them a couple of hours to install it and he came back the next day (had to find the right paint color for the door) to paint the door. We're really happy with our new door and it runs so much quieter than our old door! Tom was great to work with and I felt like he was honest about our garage door malfunctioning and how to fix it. Our only problem was on both days he ran late (understandably so in his industry) and didn't call. It didn't bother me enough to "deduct points" but I usually like to know what's going on when I've given up my day to wait for someone.
