You get what you pay for! They were inexpensive and available at the time I needed but if I could do it again I would've moved everything myself. Two guys showed up in a uhaul with no tools and managed to break a $1000 TV that I owned for less than six months. The kicker was that they placed it facing a wall with a large piece of furniture boxing it in so I wasn't able to inspect it. I emailed the owner about restitution and he told me they don't do anything for TVs, glass items or anything heavy. Be careful if you use this company! read more

Nate and A to B movers were recommended to me by a friend and after reading the reviews here on Yelp, seeing Nate's responses to the reviews and learning he took over as the owner in 2017, I decided to go with them. You cannot beat the price, I've used a different moving coming twice before (they unfortunately went out of business) and they were very inexpensive back then... but Nate and A to B Movers even beat their price. I moved from Arcadia to South Tempe, the crew arrived within the window Nate provided. They got right to work and had the truck loaded within 30 minutes, all of my stuff was handled with care and protected. When they unloaded everything they put it exactly where I requested. It took exactly two hours, just as Nate had quoted. The move was 260 dollars (120 flat rate + 70 an hour), I added a 60 dollar tip to the guys and I had everything moved in two hours for 320 bucks. That would've taken me and a friend 5-6 hours after getting the UHaul and trying to pack things in correctly. These guys know exactly what they're doing, they're efficient and quick. They're not here to penny pinch you or try to make this experience painful. I would definitely recommend A to B Movers. Next time I move they will be my first and only call. read more

The movers were present at 8 am sharp. They were extremely polite and thorough. They worked straight through till 2 pm. Unfortunately I had a bed frame that was extremely difficult to take apart and put together. No one complained they just got it done. This is my second time using A to B movers to relocate. The entire process was smooth and easy, which you don't often get with moving companies. Nate, the owner, made sure to take the time to find out about both apartments involved in the move to ensure I had the right size truck and most effective / efficient number of movers. The lead mover John made sure the movers were working the entire time, even though my second apartment was up 3 flights of stairs and it was 100 degrees outside. All of the guys took the time to wrap my furniture and as a result I had nothing damaged in this move. They also made sure to ask where I wanted things placed in my new apartment. I hired A to B movers to help me remove some furniture and boxes out of an apartment to give to St. Vincent DePaul. The Saint Vincent DePaul truck showed up but we were only able to work for an hour because of the truck drivers schedule. We weren't able to complete the job that day. Brett and Glover did a good job and told me they'd come back the next day to finish evacuating the apartment but they flaked out on me. Otherwise I would have given them a 5 star review. read more

Moving of my items to my new home went well for the most part. I moved a 2-bedroom apartment without too much and it took 5 1/2 hours including disassembly and assembly of 2 bed frames. Nate (the owner) was very communicative and upfront about pricing and what to expect. The 2 movers (Jon and Glover) arrived on time and were very respectful. Jon was really hard working and was really tried to get Glover to pick it up. Personally, I felt Glover could have worked harder and it sucks to feel that way when you pay per hour. In the end, they got the job done, and most importantly, they were careful with our belongings. 2 of my wall frames broke on the move but it was my fault for not appropriately packing them. The first time they were hired through a moving company in Washington and completed the move in to Scottsdale, AZ all three of the guys that came were wonderful. I then contacted them to do a high end move with very expensive furniture (white glove all the way) AGAIN the three gentlemen that came were wonderful. It was a full service move.
