I think it was a couple of hours later and they had isolated the issue to include other symptoms that I had heard. It was a complicated issue to do with the linear transmission as I learned and they kept me in the loop the whole time, I knew my car was in the hands of experts. I've driven this car for over ten years and the function of the linear transfer of power from the electric to the gasoline motor is precisely what the issue was as it is driving with the same feel as when it was brand new! They're cash only, if you forget there's an atm across the street.
