Mrs. Theresa brought her electrician out twice to fix the unit and it would work then stopped, finally she switched it out and gave me a Maytag with knobs which I am very happy with. But where this location falls short for me is consistency and convenience. There have been multiple times I've come here for basic items -- things you'd expect any Home Depot to have in stock -- only to find out they're not available. Then I'll drive to another nearby Home Depot, and boom, it's sitting right there on the shelf. It's frustrating, because it makes you question how inventory is managed at this location. Now, let's talk about the rental department. I rented a lawnmower here once and the process was quick and simple -- no issues at all. So naturally, when I needed a truck about a year later, I came back expecting the same experience. Unfortunately, it was the complete opposite. The lady working the counter seemed completely uninterested in helping. Instead of walking me through options or giving me an estimate, she told me I could just walk around the counter and look at her screen myself. That's not what I call customer service -- I was hoping for a cost breakdown or even basic insight to compare with other truck rental companies. In the end, I just went elsewhere because I couldn't get the help I needed. And finally, the traffic here is awful. The store sits off a busy road with awkward entry and exit points, and there have been more than a few times I've almost been clipped by people trying to turn in or out. Between the tough access and inconsistent service, this store has some work to do to reach the level of other Home Depot locations nearby, but the reality is it is convenient for met, so nothing listed here is going to prevent me from coming back again here in the future.

I got a scratch and dent Maytag top load washer for about $450/$500. They do deliver! And are pretty flexible/ work with you to fit your schedule. A few cons... HOWEVER THESE WERE RESOLVED THE NEXT DAY so I still highly recommend and am thinking about purchasing a couch from them 1) they will call you the day before delivery with a 2 hour ETA window. I had things delivered twice and they definitely didn't make it in that two hour time slot. But listen that's kind of expected. Both times the delivery service arrived about an hour later BUT they did call to let me know! they were very nice, professional, and very quick to deliver, connect the washer, leave. Highly recommend! 2) the first washing machine that was delivered did malfunction. It started leaking water about an hour after we turned it on, so obviously not ideal BUT I called immediately and they rectified the situation in a day. The delivery guys actually came back late that night to look and see if it was improper wiring. Determined the machine itself was faulty and I needed another one. The store called me the next day and scheduled a new washer be delivered that evening (around my work schedule). And second time was the charm! Sometimes things happen! Every subcontractor did beautiful work - the tile company and shower door company in particular. The bathrooms are fantastic and have been rescued from 1987. Martha was our Project Manager and she was above-and-beyond outstanding! Very communicative and listened to our concerns over some details - all of which were addressed immediately. She was on-site during active work 95% of the time. The other 5%, she called. Martha was never unreachable and it made us feel way less stressed. Beginning to end was pretty quick and painless - maybe 8 weeks, tops.
