Mrs. Theresa brought her electrician out twice to fix the unit and it would work then stopped, finally she switched it out and gave me a Maytag with knobs which I am very happy with. But where this location falls short for me is consistency and convenience. There have been multiple times I've come here for basic items -- things you'd expect any Home Depot to have in stock -- only to find out they're not available. Then I'll drive to another nearby Home Depot, and boom, it's sitting right there on the shelf. It's frustrating, because it makes you question how inventory is managed at this location. Now, let's talk about the rental department. I rented a lawnmower here once and the process was quick and simple -- no issues at all. So naturally, when I needed a truck about a year later, I came back expecting the same experience. Unfortunately, it was the complete opposite. The lady working the counter seemed completely uninterested in helping. Instead of walking me through options or giving me an estimate, she told me I could just walk around the counter and look at her screen myself. That's not what I call customer service -- I was hoping for a cost breakdown or even basic insight to compare with other truck rental companies. In the end, I just went elsewhere because I couldn't get the help I needed. And finally, the traffic here is awful. The store sits off a busy road with awkward entry and exit points, and there have been more than a few times I've almost been clipped by people trying to turn in or out. Between the tough access and inconsistent service, this store has some work to do to reach the level of other Home Depot locations nearby, but the reality is it is convenient for met, so nothing listed here is going to prevent me from coming back again here in the future.

Do have them pull it out, plug it in, and throughly look over the appliance (refrigerator in my case). Do your homework before you go. Know how to check temp and bring your own equipment. Know what you want and your budget. Mostly- know the measurements of where the appliance will be placed & it's helpful to know measurements of previous appliance . I did seem to have trouble with fridge once I got it home. The walls of interior didn't match temp that fridge said it was. I immediately called and they let me know for to reboot. A day later, same story. The manager could've sent to manufacture warranty but instead handled matter directly allowing an exchange. This is something few businesses can/will do including those big guys. I know it can't happen every time but I truly appreciated it. Later, I realized in extreme heat it took 3 days (not opening door) for the unit to fully acclimatize. Now, I love my fridge. I'm not unexpectedly broke from surprise purchase. Delivery... They use a third party service called BDK. I will update damages caused during delivery are handled. Their drivers struck a garage door and left. So, be present throughout entire delivery. How to check temperature in a refrigerator: Place a few small cups of water in plastic cups inside and let set 24 hrs. Take a thermometer (laser or meat) and read the temp of the water. This is most accurate way to check it. Water needs to be between 30-40*. Even one degree over can cause spoilage & food poisoning. Freezer should be between 5*to -10*. Interior walls of refrigerator should be in the mid to high 40s if properly cooling. Back wall or around vents maybe colder. Doors always a bit warmer.
