Prior to this service a different company was called in to help with the lock out and couldn't get it open. The locksmith tried everything, they couldn't open it up and even suggesting to drill my door open and I wanted to avoid breaking my door. However when I called Alex, he arrived after the other lock smith left he answered right away and was able to come by and less than 15 mins. Let's start with availability and the sense of urgency. When the hubs called- Alex said 20mins and there he was. On time and on point. He isn't just a professional that can open up your car for you because you forgot your car keys inside. He's passionate about it, even showing us how the keys work. I searched Yelp looking to find an affordable company to program a key fob for my car. Got quotes from a few companies. Alex responded pretty quick. His quote came in under what others were offering. I asked him a few more questions through Yelp and eventually decided on him. I told him the year and make of my car and he said he needed to order the key fob and would let me know when it came in. About 5 days later he messaged me saying it came in and we set up a time to meet. Since I live in town we agreed to meet at Kakaako Waterfront park. Alex was on time and already waiting for me. He's a nice guy and knowledgeable. It took him a few minutes to program the remote but took a little longer to cut the key because he ran into a few problems. Alex was amazing! He responded in a timely manner and came to the rescue to help my sister get her lock open. She was locked out this morning and needed an emergency service.
