I'm really glad I saved and kept this company booked marked because I'm so grateful that Alex was able to come in at 11 pm on a Saturday night after reporting I've been locked out. Prior to this service a different company was called in to help with the lock out and couldn't get it open. The locksmith tried everything, they couldn't open it up and even suggesting to drill my door open and I wanted to avoid breaking my door. I searched Yelp looking to find an affordable company to program a key fob for my car. Got quotes from a few companies. Alex responded pretty quick. His quote came in under what others were offering. I asked him a few more questions through Yelp and eventually decided on him. I told him the year and make of my car and he said he needed to order the key fob and would let me know when it came in. About 5 days later he messaged me saying it came in and we set up a time to meet. Since I live in town we agreed to meet at Kakaako Waterfront park. Alex was on time and already waiting for me. He's a nice guy and knowledgeable. It took him a few minutes to program the remote but took a little longer to cut the key because he ran into a few problems. He was very apologetic for taking longer than expected. Once everything was done he made sure I checked for myself that the keys were working perfectly. Everything was good.
