I can't say enough about how much I appreciate Ben's level of service, professionalism, attention to detail, and flexibility. We needed a smart lock installed on our front door, which uses a mortise lock. Let's just say it wasn't exactly your run-of-the-mill installation since most mortise-style locks aren't compatible with retrofit smart locks. Even so, Ben was helpful and patient. He took time to answer my questions and even came out twice (since I didn't have the right parts the first time). During each visit he was careful and methodical, ensuring that his work was of the highest quality. He also was meticulous about keeping all the different screws, pins, mechanisms, etc. (of which there are A LOT, apparently, in a mortise lock) well organized so that nothing got lost. While I don't envision ever having to do this again, if the need arises, I'll definitely call Ben. Working with him was just an overall worry-free experience, and I would highly recommend his services to anyone needing a top-notch locksmith. read more
